“Me aloje en una habitacion premium, y si eso era lo premium no quiero imaginar lo estandar. No esta mal pero no se condice con lo que pague. Llegue y no tenian mi habitacion lista. Hice el checking online y cuando llegue tuve que hacerlo nuevamente en el mostrador. Algo positivo es que tienen transporte gratuito desde el aeropuerto, lo malo es que nunca me avisaron para poder utilizar el servicio para llegar. En fin, falta organizacion”

“We picked this hotel for it's proximity and airport shuttle, are we glad we did. Shuttle from and to the airport was easy. The staff was great. Rooms were clean quite and comfortable. They have a bar and restaurant that is open late. They had coffee in the morning and after being on our third day of travel we needed it! Will stay again. Highly recommend.”

In the evening, I decided to have dinner at the hotel restaurant, which is open until 11:30 pm, and I was pleasantly surprised. I ordered a sandwich that, in addition to having excellent presentation and a generous size, was truly delicious: chicken, ham, cheese, hard-boiled egg, and crushed tomato, accompanied by some very tasty fries. A simple but very well-executed option.
The overall atmosphere was very pleasant, and I felt very comfortable throughout my stay. If I had to mention a minor drawback, I had a problem with the television. Due to the late hour, maintenance wasn't available at that time, although they resolved it without any issues the following day, which was also much appreciated.
