“Hotel excepcional para ir en familia. De todos los Meliá en los que hemos estado, Sancti Petri se lleva el oro. Aunque sus habitaciones se hayan quedado con un interiorismo al estilo de hace 26 años, nada que objetar porque las mantienen en un estado mucho más limpio que otros de la misma cadena que no voy a marcar aquí. “Nos alojamos en el hotel en julio con nuestra hija pequeña y, en general, disfrutamos muchísimo de la experiencia. El hotel es precioso, la ubicación es excelente y la comida nos pareció realmente buena. El entorno y las instalaciones están a la altura de un hotel de lujo. Sin embargo, tuvimos un par de experiencias que empañaron un poco nuestra estancia. El primer día, al llegar a nuestra suite, nos encontramos una cucaracha. Avisamos inmediatamente al servicio de limpieza y acudieron enseguida para retirarla y limpiar la habitación, algo que agradecimos. Entendemos perfectamente que este tipo de situaciones pueden escapar al control del hotel, especialmente en determinados entornos, pero la verdad es que después nos quedamos con cierta inquietud durante el resto de la estancia, pensando en la posibilidad de encontrar alguna más. Además, durante nuestra estancia los tres tuvimos un virus gastrointestinal. Al comentarlo con otros huéspedes, varios nos dijeron que habían tenido síntomas similares, e incluso una persona nos comentó que había tenido que acudir al hospital. No podemos saber si existe realmente una relación con el hotel, por lo que no queremos hacer una afirmación al respecto, pero sí nos pareció llamativo y creemos que es algo que el hotel debería revisar. “He pasado 8 días en el hotel y es super recomendable. La mejor opcion para disfrutar de la playa de la Barrosa sin duda. Destaca además de por su ubicación y la facilidad de acceso a la playa con sus tumbonas y chiringuito inlcuido por su gente que tiene una atención magnífica. Tienes varias opciones para comer y todas de gran calidad. La piscina es también maravillosa aunque yo prefiero la playa. Este año destacaría la experiencia Nikkei en el Roof bar y el cortador de jamón ibérico en el desayuno - increible.
