Very nice stay, The hotel has a relaxed vibe, not crazy as Cancun, which we really appreciated. The food was excellent, and the drinks were high quality. The staff was always attentive and ready to help with anything we needed however will be nice to have an extra one for the ocean cabanas and swimming bar The paella prepared by the room service team and served by the pool was amazing! They also offer a painting activity by the pool that’s super fun and relaxing, definitely a highlight. And Jesús from pool activity, Ricardo from tequila tasting and Kevin made the experience even better. The rooms are good, the bed is very comfortable, but there was a bit of a humidity smell when we arrived, the ac system is unpredictable. The TV also didn’t connect to Netflix easily, but in the end that turned out to be a plus since it helped us disconnect and enjoy the stay even more. The beach is nice, but it’s mostly not swimmable and water is very cold. Also, keep in mind that it’s not a private beach, so outsiders can bring their own belongings, umbrellas, and set up there. I’d recommend visiting during the weekdays, since weekends tend to get more crowded with non hotel guests. A highlight is you can see the whales from the hotel and the beach is pretty clean. Extra point for the snacks that always leave it in the room and replenishing them every morning same with waters and sodas!! Overall we enjoy the quality of everything and the price is very fair for what you pay

I particpated in the cooking class with Chef Elizabeth and Rony, who taught us how to make Baja fish tacos, which were so fresh and delicious! We learned some good tips and tricks!

The cooking class with Chef Elizabeth, Rony, and Jesús was a great experience. They were professional, supportive, and made learning fun and easy. It was well organized and very enjoyable. Highly recommended!

Jesus once again made our trip one of a kind. He is friendly, caring, fun, and incredibly attentive—he truly makes you feel welcome every single time. We’ve been coming for years, and since Jesus from the pool activities joined, the experience has completely changed for the better. Keep it up, Jesus—you are amazing!
