Jesús from the activities team is simply outstanding. He has an amazing positive attitude, is very charismatic, and makes sure everyone gets involved and has fun. You can tell he loves what he does he keeps the energy high and makes every activity memorable. Definitely a big part of the overall experience at the hotel.

Jesus was the most fun activity manager we’ve had at a resort!! He truly made our entire experience even better! He was super engaged with everyone and walked in every day with a big smile that was contagious!

We spent 4 nights at Paradisus and it was amazing. We purchased through Costco and upgraded to Reserve which was definitely worth it. The ability to reserve cabanas and restaurants, as well as having access to a private (quieter) pool area was nice at times. Our concierge, Carlos, was fantastic and took great care of us, including coordinating a room change from 2 double beds to a king bed, halfway through our stay. Jesús from activities was a highlight of the trip. He was so friendly and entertaining. He was always nearby and reminding people of upcoming activities. His aqua aerobics class should not be missed. The best meal by far was at Sal, the steakhouse. Danny and Gibran were amazing servers, making the evening very special.

Our stay at Paradisus Los Cabos was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we arrived, the staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Every team member we encountered was incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely eager to help with anything we needed. Our room was immaculate, modern, beautifully designed, and extremely comfortable. Waking up to the stunning views each morning was unforgettable. The property itself is gorgeous and thoughtfully maintained, which made it easy for us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. One of the highlights of our stay was the food. Every meal felt high quality and thoughtfully prepared. Unlike many large resorts, the dishes did not feel mass produced or made for the crowds. Instead, each meal felt individualized and carefully crafted, which made dining here a truly enjoyable part of the experience. What truly made this trip special was the level of service. The staff consistently went out of their way to accommodate our requests and ensure every detail of our stay was perfect. Their hospitality made us feel valued as guests and added so much to the overall experience. This has been one of the most enjoyable and seamless vacations we have ever had. If you are considering a trip to Cabo, we highly recommend Paradisus Los Cabos. It truly delivers a five star experience and made our trip absolutely perfect.
