“We stayed in a room on The level with poolside access. The room itself was great but the pool set up is not adequate. There were just not enough sunbeds for those wanting them - the fight for beds starts at 1000 when the pool opens, with people queuing from 0930, and all beds taken within minutes. Having a poolside room does not provide any guarantee of having a sun bed as they are not provided nor allowed in the terrace area of the room. Providing sunbeds on the terrace for poolside rooms would make a huge difference. This doesn’t make for a relaxing stay and does not provide an exclusive feel, which is a real shame as everything else about the hotel has been brilliant.”

“Superb hotel with good location. Right next to the A1 airport bus stop and in walking distance to the center. Rooms are super nice, we were upgraded to The Level which I can recommend. Price value is good. There is a SPA on -1 floor and on the top floor there is a swimming pool with sunbeds and a cocktail bar. The breakfast was good but too many tourists which made it a bit chaotic. If you have a late flight you can leave your bags at the reception or book a lounge which has air conditioning, all kinds of drinks and food. The room is spacious and has everything you need. Windows are strange but you get used to them, there are blackout shades if you want less light. Would come back to this hotel!”
