“I would highly recommend this hotel, it is spotlessly clean, friendly and very accommodating. An alround ideally situated hotel. Rooms are gorgeous with king size beds. Supplies tea & coffee facilities as well as a safe. We were just a 10 minute tootle into the bustling old town, Astronomical clock as well as many pubs & eateries. 20minute walk to the Story of Prague(which is a must before you start your adventure, as it gives you hints and tips for places to eat & drink as well as places to visit. Its also very good for the children as there is interactive parts of the tour which is on 3 floors once you download the app) As well as being next to the Charles bridge and the other churches & places to visit. You walk for miles so make sure you bring comfortable shoes. It is round the corner from the chemist and a 3 storey shopping centre called The Palladium, with the top floor being a food hall. It is also a 10 min walk to the Medievil Dinner which is a hoot. The breakfast is spot on and sets you up for your day and is open from 7am-11am. Restaurant is open from 4pm - 10pm but the bar is open till 1am. I can honestly say i have loved every minute of our stay.”

“Fantastic hotel, the staff are so welcoming and friendly and smile and greet you at every opportunity! We stayed for a few nights and I would say the whole experience was superb, when checking in the lady heard us talking about where we could watch the football and went and spoke to the guy at the bar who then said he would set up the TV for us and we could watch in the bar/restaurant (apologies as did not get his name) He was so friendly and could not do enough for us, as all the staff too! The hotel is very clean and the rooms are modern, breakfast is great and the location is perfect to explore Prague. The hotel is within a short walk of many attractions and close to the metro to travel further. I would recommend you stay at this hotel 100% The city is fantastic and the Czech people are so welcoming and friendly, we will be back here again!”

After first night they told me that I could not be upgraded even though I was entitled for an upgrade so I decided to leave and move to Marriott Prague Hotel where my stay was much better and actually appreciated as being a member of Marriott chain as well.”
