“We had a wonderful 4-nights stay at ME Lisbon! The hotel is spotless, modern, and beautifully designed, but the exceptional service is what really stood out. From the moment we arrived, the staff helped with our luggage, offered refreshing towels and drinks, and made check-in effortless. A staff member even escorted us to our room and explained its features, including the convenient bedside touchscreen for controlling the lights and AC. The room itself was calming, well equipped, and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast at Fismuler was included in our stay and was excellent! It's an à la carte experience where we could order multiple dishes, with equally attentive service. We enjoy exploring cities on foot and found the location convenient, although some attractions require a longer walk. The WhatsApp guest service was another thoughtful touch, making it easy to reach the staff anytime. To our surprise, we even received wine and Portuguese custard tarts as a farewell gift the evening before checkout! Excellent hospitality from start to finish. We would gladly stay here again!”

“We stayed here for three nights and had a wonderful experience. The service was excellent—the staff was very attentive, friendly, and responsive throughout our stay. The building is relatively new, so everything feels modern and well maintained. I also used the sauna and gym during our stay. While neither is particularly large, the facilities were very nice and the gym was equipped with state-of-the-art Technogym equipment. Since we were in Lisbon mainly for sightseeing and shopping, I do wish the hotel were a little closer to the main shopping and historic areas. That said, this was only a minor inconvenience, and overall we had a great stay and really enjoyed the hotel.”
