“I had a wonderful stay at ME London in a Superior Me Riverview Terrace room on the 9th floor. From the moment we arrived, the service was world-class. We were received by Pavel Mirea, who was incredibly kind and professional. He personally showed us to our room and walked us through all the hotel amenities, ensuring we felt right at home. The experience didn't end there; even during checkout, Hanaa was lovely and provided some of the best service we have ever imagined. The staff here truly makes the difference. Whenever we return to London, this will definitely be our hotel of choice. Highly recommended!”

“Let me be clear, this review is for other guests considering a stay and not for the hotel to apologize or provide excuses… more specifically, AMEX customer looking to use their Hotel Collection / Fine Hotels & Resorts benefits… I picked this hotel based on its prime location and requested an early check-in and late checkout months in advance. While they agreed to the late checkout, they said they couldn’t guarantee an early check-in, which I understand. The problem is that this hotel made no effort to provide a premium experience in any way. A day before arrival, I received an email to check-in online, however the reservation didn’t include the free breakfast that was one of the AMEX benefits. I contacted the hotel and they advised to proceed with online check-in anyway. I did, which was pointless, because at the hotel, I had to check-in again, provide my credit card again, and was advised that early check-in and the complementary upgrade were not available and that the $100 gift voucher may be hard to use because the restaurant was booked. What? I was advised I would be called as soon as the room was available. Hours later and after it was way past standard check-in time, I went back to the hotel and the room was ready. I asked why I was never called and they apologized for forgetting. Ridiculous! I was given the room keys and told the bags were in the room. I got to the room and you guessed it, no bags… What a comedy of errors from a “luxury hotel.” The room was dated, there was rust marks on the shower wall, and nothing stood out about the room. The breakfast was good, the rooftop bar is very nice and the STK restaurant was empty upon arrival and I had no issue getting a table and using the $100 credit, so why the check-in agent would say something to the contrary is just bizarre. On the last day, I wanted to confirm the late check-out that had previously been approved via email but was told to ask again later that morning because they might not be able to accommodate it. Surprise! I chose to just check-out and head to the airport early to spend more time in an airport lounge and no more time at this hotel. Overall, the ME London was not for me and in my opinion, should not be part of the luxury hotel collections, as there was nothing exceptional or luxurious about this stay.”

“I have an amazing stay, the experience was great, staff very friendly and welcoming, very nice breakfast, amazing view and location. They made me feel truly special. I am just putting 4 stars because it was pretty noisy: there was noise in the room from the bar on the rooftop (even with close windows, the music was pretty loud), as well, as I believe I could hear my neighbors snoring. However, I experienced it as a minor disadvantage compared to the rest of my very positive experience and amazing memories”

“A fabulous hotel, central to so many attractions and theatres, we stayed here when visiting the Royal Opera House, literally 5 mins walk. Our room was huge, with a very comfortable super king bed, ample bathroom and seating area, overlooking Aldwych and Theatreland. We were given glasses of bubbly on arrival and shown to our room, very polite and professional staff. Breakfast is a real treat where you choose from a menu - it is a Gino d'Acampo restaurant! Very nice. Staff are attentive and also discreet. Would very happily stay there again. Thank you ME London!”
