“Wir haben drei Nächte in einem Deluxe-Zimmer (Nr. 1904) mit Frühstück verbracht. Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen, so dass man insbesondere die Imperial City gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. Als aktuell höchstes Gebäude in Hue wirkt das Hotel bereits sehr eindrucksvoll; dies setzt sich in der geschmackvollen Gestaltung der Lobby sowie des gesamten Interieurs fort. Das komplette Personal war sehr höflich und zuvorkommend. Unser Zimmer war sehr geräumig und bot neben genügend Ablageflächen einen hohen Komfort. Lediglich die Verteilung der Steckdosen am Schreibtisch fanden wir nicht sehr glücklich. Hier wäre eine frei zugängliche Steckdose oberhalb der Schreibtischplatte wünschenswert gewesen. Das Bett war bequem und wir konnten sehr gut darin schlafen. Gefallen hat uns auch das Badezimmer. Jedoch könnte die Ausleuchtung am Spiegel besser sein. Es gab einen Safe sowie einen Kühlschrank und auf dem TV-Gerät konnten YouTube und Netflix genutzt werden. Das Frühstücksangebot war wirklich sehr umfangreich, qualitativ hochwertig und bot gefühlt für jeden Geschmack etwas. Der vom Hotel angebotene Laundry-Service wird per Wäschestück abgerechnet und war nicht günstig. Das Waschergebnis hob sich jedoch deutlich von den Kilogramm-Laundries ab. Wer ein empfindliches Kleidungsstück waschen lassen möchte, muss sich hier keine Gedanken machen. Das hoteleigene, im 33. Stock liegende Restaurant Alma bietet insbesondere Western Food, vor allem Steaks. Die Atmosphäre sowie der Blick auf die Stadt sind wirklich toll. Für den von uns bezahlten Preis von 73,00 Euro pro Nacht mit Frühstück ist das Melia Vinpearl Hue eine erstklassige Wahl und klare Empfehlung.”

“We got the Corner room at the 25th Floor and it was perfect except for the big Television and the tv-shelf which blocked the amazing view but we put the tv down so it was nearly perfect. Overall amazing Pool, very good breakfast buffet and very good services in the Hotel. We will come back again!”

“A true luxury experience in Hue. My wife and I stayed here for 4 nights in a Level Executive Room on the 31st floor offering sweeping views of the city. The room was a beautiful space with a luxurious feel. A very comfortable bed and an excellent bed. The pillow menu is one of the luxury touches I mentioned. The Level Lounge was a great area to enjoy a glass of wine and some canapes before heading out to experience the delicious dinning options close by. We had dinner one evening in The Lma restaurant on site, wow what a magnificent steak. One of the best I have ever enjoyed. I won't mention any staff by name because they are all truly wonderful hosts. If you get the opportunity don't hesitate to stay at this magnificent hotel in the heart of Hue. You literally can't miss it.”

“GREAT Hotel ! The staff went above and beyond during our stay. I had a medical issue and the hotel has a nurse on staff that visited me in our room. Then guest services made a call to the Hue international general hospital to confirm some details for me. AMAZING ! The hospital was efficient, affordable and I got the medicine I needed. We were in the Level Suite 3005, one of the larger Level Suites. If you can, it is worth the upgrade ! Amazing views ! Perfect king bed. Firm with super comfortable linens and pillows. They actually have a menu with 5 or 6 pillows you can choose from (buckwheat, memory foam, etc). Great bathtub, coffee pod machine, comfortable seating area, couch, etc ! Breakfast was excellent. Great service by the breakfast team ! The Level suites included a free happy hour 4:30 - 7:30 daily with cocktails, beers, soft drinks and snacks on the 32nd floor lounge. Great ! I mentioned to one of the staff at Level Lounge that I wanted to rent a scooter, and the next morning the scooter was at the hotel. No passport, no paperwork needed. Ready to go with free parking on B1 under the hotel. Always easy to find when you are out checking out the town….it is the tallest building in the city ! The gym was good with all the essential equipment. Pool was indoors and had food and beverage service. There is a zenith rooftop bar which looked nice, but I didn’t have a drink here. Overall, our favorite hotel in a long time ! LEVEL SUITES are AMAZING ! STAFF are exceptional ! Super comfortable, firm bed, with great linens !”
