“Một nơi tuyệt vời để 'đi trốn' và tái tạo năng lượng. Mình cực kỳ ấn tượng với không gian đậm chất Nhật Bản giữa lòng cố đô, rất yên tĩnh và tinh tế. Dịch vụ tắm Onsen ở đây cực kỳ chuyên nghiệp, quy trình bài bản giúp cơ thể thư giãn hoàn toàn. Phòng ốc sạch sẽ, decor tối giản nhưng sang trọng. Các bạn Ngọc - Mộng Tươi - Nhật Hoàng - Thịnh vô cùng thân thiện, luôn mỉm cười chào đón khách, các bạn HK nhanh nhẹn và hỗ trợ nhận phòng nhanh chóng. Chắc chắn sẽ quay lại cùng gia đình và bạn bè!”

“Nhân viên nhiệt tình, dễ thương, nhất là Linh ở bộ phận Guest Service Phòng lưu trú trang trí rất đẹp, thoải mái. Đồ ăn sáng ở nhà hàng rất ngon, hợp khẩu vị của mình. Lần tới quay lại mình sẽ vẫn chọn Kobi Onsen là điểm dừng yêu thích”

“We loved our stay here. The bed was huge. Onsen was amazing with great service. The favorite part was the breakfast buffet!”

“Very willing, kind, friendly staff. Breakfasts fantastic. You could choose from various kinds of cuisine and vietnamesse one as well. Well designed hotel exteriors with koji fish (japanesse style). Gym was clean and large close to the pool. But extra extra benefit and main differentiator is onsen spa (mornings and evenings were not so crowdy- so you really have relaxation time there). Good hotel location close to the city and citadela.”

“Everything was at the highest level from start to finish. However, the biggest compliment goes to the staff, who truly went above and beyond to help me resolve my problems. Their support, kindness, and professionalism made a huge difference, and I am incredibly grateful. Amazing people work there. The rooms were spotless, and the food was absolutely delicious. I highly recommend this hotel and would happily stay there again!”

“생각보다 시내와 멀지 않고 조용해서 좋다. 김치 맛이 좀 특이하지만 조식 괜찮고 객실 청결상태 괜찮고 데스크 친절하고.한국어 가능한 직원도 있고.”

“I had a wonderful stay at Kobi Onsen Resort Hue. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is incredibly enthusiastic and attentive. I honestly have nothing to complain about regarding my experience. A special thanks to Mộng Tươi—she was truly fantastic and made my visit even more memorable. Highly recommended!”
