“Great location, well equipped, spacious rooms, good variety of decent food, friendly and helpful staff”

“Here at the moment, in block B, floor 10 facing the sea, noise from karaoke across the road until 11.30pm but it's grand and good songs. Silent after that. Great night's sleep. Room lovely, very clean, beds made and cleaned daily. Whole place is spotless, ok carpets a bit stained but that doesn't affect holiday. We are all inclusive and food is amazing, huge variety. Food available from 7.00am until 9.15pm. Pool area and snack bar is great. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Little supermarket attached, as well as a great hairdressers/beauty salon, which I would recommend. Highlights, cut and blow dry is less than half the price of that in Ireland. Situated right on the beach and walk way. Would highly recommend this place and would return.”

“Première vacance en famille depuis que l'on a notre bébé. Nous avons donc séjourné dans cet hôtel avec notre bébé d'1 an et demi et tout s'est bien passé. Ils nous ont mis à disposition un lit pour bébé dans la chambre avec oreillers et couette pour lui. En salle de restaurant, il y a des chaises hautes. La nourriture est satisfaisant sauf les déserts, pas à notre goût. La literie dans la chambre était bonne, j'ai vraiment bien dormi qu'en rentrant on a décidé d'acheter les mêmes oreillers. :) Le bruit de la mer est important, attention à ceux pour qui ça peut déranger. Le ménage dans notre chambre a été tout les jours et c'était propre. Nous n'avons pas de regarde pointilleux sur la décoration etc.. tant que le confort vitale est là, le reste est secondaire. Sinon il faut mettre le prix. En bref: Super séjour dans cet hôtel, bien équipé et confortable. Adapté aux enfants.”

“For a first time visit to Tenerife, I can't complain. Central location, on the beach, friendly staff (although Reception staff were really slow). Some parts of the hotel were dated, but not a problem. Food and drinks spot on, atmosphere round the pool throughout the day was great.”

“The hotel is amazing highly recommended next to the sea The food and drink is great and the staff are very friendly. But the neighbouring bars are playing music to 4am. Also there’s only one plug socket so it takes a while to charge our electronics. Other than that I will definitely come back here with friends and family”

“Nos ha encantado. Mucha limpieza y rápida además, ya que cuando volvíamos de desayunar estaba todo hecho, tuvimos que hacernos al horario del comedor ya que no son los nuestros habitualmente, pero todo nos lo han puesto muy fácil. Íbamos con idea de descansar y lo hemos hecho. Nunca un mal gesto ni siquiera cuando el niño sangró por la nariz y dejó un trabajo extra para los de la limpieza, a quienes agradezco su comprensión y ayuda..En recepción nos han ayudado en lo que hemos necesitado. Tuvimos un pequeño incendio esa semana en el comedor y todo el personal estuvo pendiente de la gente hasta que se solucionó. El personal del comedor atento siempre y muy agradable, los camareros de la piscina han sido cercanos, agradables y pendientes de la gente que necesitaba que le ayudaran como algún señor con dificultad para moverse, y siempre con una sonrisa. Los chicos del mini club maravillosos, uno de ellos nos ha coincidido un día con dolor que se le veía la cara hinchada y aún así, la mejor actitud y paciencia con los niños, mi hijo ha pasado una semana de aventuras y experiencias que no olvida. Una mención especial para Dani, que con sus ocurrencias y locuras ha hecho que para Pedro sean las mejores vacaciones de su vida. Gracias por todo. Hemos estado allí la semana del 12 diciembre, una semana que nos ha coincidido de mucho viento pero ha sido todo increíble..Espero no haber olvidado a nadie... A los socorristas que también han sido muy pacientes con el niño y sus mil preguntas....”

“What an incredible hotel! The entertainment team is top-notch, especially Daniel, who created such a fun atmosphere for everyone, young and old. The food was outstanding with a wide variety of choices. The rooms were impeccably clean, featuring comfortable beds and fresh linen nearly every day. I must give a big shout-out to Yirian the lifeguard, whose quick and efficient actions saved a woman’s life during a heart attack in the pool area. The staff and managers responded swiftly, showcasing their professionalism. I left my mobile phone on the table where I was eating and the very kind waitress kept it safe and then returned it to me .Well done, Sol Tenerife! You truly excel at what you do, and I can’t wait to return!”

“Hotel with sea views. When booking, ask for sea view. Staff are always helpful. Food is very good. We prefer lunch menu but something for everyone. We are here for christmas. Which is great walking distance both ways for pubs and restaurants. Dec 2024”

“Good hotel, friendly staff, great variety of food for breakfast and dinner. Rooms maybe are a bit outdated, but clean and spacious. We liked evening entertainment (especially Xavi and rock band). Aqua fitness was also interesting with enthusiastic trainer. Hotel has direct exit to seaside promenade”

“Location is great if you are young and don't mind the lack of sleep. You are right on beach front so view is amazing Only thing is Veronicas is also beside you so it's a sleepless night with the music till at least 6am”
