I stayed for 2 nights at this hotel with my husband and 8-month-old, and our experience at Meliá was honestly so comfortable for so many reasons. 1) The staff was super friendly and helpful (special shout-out to Ansh). They gave us great recommendations on places to visit and avoid, helped with dish soap for the baby’s dishes, arranged boiled veggies for the baby, and overall took great care of us. 2) The location is perfect, right in the heart of the French Quarter and close to the Old Quarter. You can easily walk to most tourist spots. 3) The food – a massive breakfast spread, and the bar is very inviting. I would highly recommend this hotel if you’re planning a trip to Hanoi!
