“I would rate it a 100 if I could, stayed for 2 weeks at the LEVEL and it exceeded my expectation way, way far, that I extended my stay for another week while searching for an apartment in Madrid! Absolutely LOVED everything about it, the service, the rooms, the attention to details, but if something has stood out the most for me is the staff, all of them, nice, kind and welcoming, I mean they became like a family in a way that I've never thought of. Elvaro, Miguel, Paulina, Maria, Pelin and Laura. Love you and thank you for everything ,,, It was a pleasure meeting you all, and I am going to miss you dearly my friends!”

Una mención especial para Alba que fue la primera sonrisa al llegar y nos dio una calurosa bienvenida en la recepción principal antes de acompañarnos a The level. Una vez ya en el paraíso nos hizo el check in Liza y continuó con la tónica perfecta. Servicial, amable, educada; una gran profesional. Un abrazo enorme a otros dos profesionales como la copa de un pino: Elviro y Pavlina. Diez de diez. Ambos hicisteis que nuestra estancia fuera especial y nos hemos sentido como en casa. Gracias al resto del equipo aunque nos hayamos relacionado más con los nombrados, todos sois geniales. Nuestra pequeña Alba se ha sentido muy mimada y especial gracias a vuestros detalles de belated bday! Y Carla, la mayor, se ha sentido protagonista en una historia de lujo ( según sus propias palabras) volveremos seguro. Habitación familiar: sin palabras! Todo perfecto, nos vemos pronto!”

Also, it is walking distance to many restaurants and markets. And, its about a mile and a half from corte ingles and other shopping.”

“The level at melia castilla un hotel juste extraordinaire magnifique le service the level est au top des personnes gentilles et très professionnelle je tiens a remercier « Adriana » qui en plus parle très bien français qui nous a très bien accueillis durant tout notre séjour , le service le level au salon du petit déjeuner ainsi que toute la journée et en soirée était parfait des serveurs serveuses très gentil et professionnels , je tiens aussi a remercier les femmes de ménages qui on toujours fais une chambre parfaite chaque matin , Le restaurant pelicano dans lequel nous avons mangé 3 fois on mange tres bien et un room service disponible et parfait. La chambre level premium était magnifique ainsi que la salle de bain on c est senti bien et a l’aise avec tout le confort possible Un hotel melia très beau de l’entré au couloir au ascenseur miroirs magnifique que dire d autre magnifique continuez sur ce niveau d exigence c est un plaisir pour nous client. Merci a tous et toutes nous reviendrons famille Galant.”

Breakfast rich in options, possible to join the international one or the smaller one, that is actually better because quieter and possible choose your egg options from the menu. Well located, just few minutes away from Metro stations lines 10 and 1 (Cuzco or Tetuan).”

“Well I don’t normally give 5 star reviews because I always believe something can be improved. I will give this hotel 5 stars because they gave me and my partner 5 star service. It was unbelievable stay for 5 nights, from arriving to departing we were made to feel welcome and served. When we arrived we were not sure where ‘the level’ check in area was, then a staff member came over to us and asked if we were ok and I said I was looking for the level, and he went above and beyond (I did not get his name) and took my case and showed us physically where to go. The service is on another level, at breakfast the waiters/waitress’s were outstanding looked after all their guests. All the staff that we came across are a credit to this hotel and company. The private lounge for the level guests is so relaxing, you get drinks and snacks all day and I mean all day. They provide spirit/liquor drinks from 6pm - 9pm every evening, and Daniel I think his name was, is an unbelievable service staff and what lovely person from Caracas Venezuela, I hope he achieves his dreams in the future. Madrid is a beautiful city it really really is we will be back and back to this amazing hotel for sure. You have to book the level service to get the private Lounge etc.”
