The Level at Meliá Alicante

We had a lovely stay in a level, marina view room in the Melia. The room was very comfortable and the staff were exceptional. In particular thanks to Gloria and Rokio in the lounge who took such great care of us and in helping to cater for my food intolerances. It is worth paying for the level service which includes free drinks, tapas, snacks and is a lovely place to retreat to for a rest. The hotel restaurant is very good and staff, particularly Juanjo, are friendly. The restaurant is waiter service and there was a good choice of food included in half board. We have stayed at this hotel before and will have no hesitation in returning.

Exceptional. Housekeeping, breakfast restaurant, maintenance, guest experience, The Level hospitality - all exceptional. This hotel is a shining example of excellent hospitality. Personal, attentive, professional all directed by an expert hotel manager Paloma.

Mi reciente estancia en The Level fue verdaderamente excepcional. Desde el primer momento, pude notar la atención al detalle y el esmero en cada aspecto del servicio. La habitación era impecable, con un ambiente pulcro y un servicio de limpieza que mantenía cada rincón en óptimas condiciones. Opté por el régimen de pensión completa, lo que me permitió disfrutar de una experiencia gastronómica fascinante en el restaurante Trasluz, donde cada comida superó mis expectativas. Mención especial merece el desayuno en el lounge, que resultó ser uno de los momentos más memorables gracias a la calidad y variedad de opciones, destacando los huevos benedictinos de Roxana, que fueron sencillamente inmejorables. Además, el personal fue sumamente cordial y profesional en todo momento. Me gustaría agradecer especialmente a Hisham, Silvia, Dani, Alessandra, María Tomás, Inma, Paloma y Gloria, quienes hicieron que mi experiencia fuera aún más agradable. Gracias a su amabilidad y profesionalismo, me sentí bienvenido y cuidado desde el primer instante hasta el momento de mi partida. Sin duda, recomendaría esta experiencia a quienes busquen una estancia de primer nivel con un servicio impecable.

The staff at the level were so friendly, the level itself is child free area, free breakfast wine beer Coca Cola etc. the breakfast is really good, so many options with smiley staff making fresh omlettes. It wasn’t just continental breakfast but had bacon, sausage etc. the little things go along way, for example the cups are refrigerated to make sure your drink is ice cold. The sun does go behind the hotel but you just sunbathe near the pool. The chairs could be a bit more spaced out as it does feel a bit close together. We were situated quite far from the level but we didn’t think it was that bigger deal. Hotel staff are so pleasant, rooms are super clean, bed comfy (although pillows are fairly soft). Overall worth every penny.
