“Definitely a 5-star hotel. It started with the valet service immediately opening the doors, followed by a warm welcome with a glass of Cava. Then came a complimentary upgrade to a suite with a large balcony and a fantastic view of the harbor. And tomorrow, the first coffee on the terrace overlooking the cathedral, with an unobstructed view of the sunrise. Thanks to the entire team for the wonderful experience and the personal dedication of every staff member—keep up the great work!”

“We had such a wonderful stay at the Gran Meliá Palma. The hotel is elegant, stylish and has the most beautiful views. The location is fantastic too. You’re close to shop/restaurants and it’s only around a 10-minute taxi ride into town if you wanted to venture further out and explore. Id say it’s around a 40-minute walk if you fancy exploring on foot. You can also get a taxi to the beach. Again it does not take long, maybe 10min. The staff are so lovely they ordered our cabs for us and gave us towels to take with us. We stayed half board and were really impressed with the food. Rather than the usual buffet-style dining, you get to choose from an actual menu, which made the experience feel much more special and restaurant-like. We did go out for a few dinners and went à la carte instead, but honestly there is no need. Overall, we absolutely loved our stay. Beautiful surroundings, great food, a fantastic location and a gorgeous, sophisticated hotel. Just wonderful — we’d definitely return! ❤️”

“Tolles Malia Hotel kann man wirklich empfehlen! Allerdings sind die Zimmer schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen… Und außerdem geht’s mir auch sehr hellhörig. Zusätzlich zieht der Rauch von anderen durch die Retzen in das Zimmer hinein. Das wären aber wirklich die einzig negativen Erfahrung, von denen man hier berichten kann ansonsten tolles Personal. Tolles Essen wirklich nur zu empfehlen.”
