“I have been staying at Meliá South Beach Mallorca for around 10 years, and that alone says a lot about how much I enjoy this hotel. As a Platinum member, I always have access to The Level, and once again the experience was excellent. The check-in process through The Level was smooth and professional. Andrea was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel valued from the moment I arrived. The following day, Cati was just as amazing—very helpful, attentive, and always willing to assist with anything I needed. There is not much more I can say about the hotel itself that I haven’t experienced over the years. Of course, there are always small areas where improvements can be made, as with any hotel, but overall I have consistently been more than satisfied with my stays here. The location, atmosphere, and service keep bringing me back year after year. Most importantly, the staff are always friendly, professional, and genuinely care about their guests. Thank you to the entire team for another wonderful stay. I am already looking forward to my next visit. Highly recommended! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐”

“Wonderful vacation place is very clean the location is absolutely amazing you never have to leave the resort area, great service and the food was excellent many thanks to Claudia and Andrea at front desk they were very helpful and special thanks to Alexander at the beach restaurant he took great care of us every evening.. we would definitely return”

“Ok, the staff was awesome. Very nice place. Problems if you wanted a quiet day. The music starts early and boom boom boom until 6 pm. We had to leave the facility to have quiet time. Also the elevators fit 4 people,but not with luggage and only 1 of two in our building worked. Had to wait multiple times up to 15 minutes. Other than that a beaut.”
