Nous avons pris la chambre « suit junior », très spacieuse et jolie. Le lit est grand et confortable. Vue magnifique. Hôtel collé à la plage. Petite amélioration à faire sur la salle de bain qui manquait d’entretien (fissure au niveau du carrelage, joints de carrelage abîmés, pommeau de douche qui commence à se dégrader). Le personnel est aimable et accueillant. Dommage que le séjour ait été gâché par un agent de sécurité agressif et irrespectueux. Monsieur a fait un délit de faciès à mon conjoint en lui disant « toi tu t’en vas, tu ne rentres pas, je suis sûre que tu ne fais pas partie de l’hôtel ! » juger sur un physique, un style et des origines, je trouve ça désolant en 2024… Après lui avoir prouver que nous étions bien clients de l’hôtel en lui montrant nos bracelets, Monsieur ne s’est ni excusé ni détendu… Nous avions l’impression d’être des délinquants… Vraiment navrant ce genre de comportement… Svp apprenez à vos agents de sécurité de ne pas agresser, d’apprendre à communiquer et surtout de ne pas JUGER les gens qui peuvent vraiment faire partie de vos clients. Nous ne reviendrons pas dans votre établissement à cause de cette personne.

Our second stay at the hotel wasn’t as great as the first. The reception team was friendly and nice, but unfortunately, I can't say the same for the breakfast staff. There was a young lady with brown hair—when I kindly asked her for oat milk (by the way, she didn’t know what oat milk was and had to ask her colleague), she began laughing with her colleagues, talking ironically, and repeatedly saying ‘oat milk’ in a mocking tone. I found this completely disrespectful; I wasn’t asking for anything complicated, just a simple milk alternative. After 5-10 minutes, she brought me hot milk, which was regular dairy milk, not oat milk, and left without saying a word. This kind of attitude is unacceptable. As for breakfast, the food at the buffet was good, but the hygiene was lacking. I constantly saw flies on the food, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. Thankfully, I had level access and was able to order food, which was fresh and delicious. Pancakes were puffy and tasty and eggs Benedict were unforgettably good. The chefs were really amazing. Apart from that, the rooms were clean, the location was great, and the beach was just a 2-minute walk away.

Servicio level de 10, nos han tratado de maravilla, especialmente amable con nosotros la señorita Carla de la tarde pero en general todos los trabajadores tienen muy buena actitud. Hotel muy nuevo con suites muy bonitas y en primera línea de playa. Repetiremos !
