“The staff/service didn’t seem very welcoming,there were no smiles or greetings. When my husband asked if my son and I could go to the room first while he parked the car,the receptionist gave an awkward laugh, which made my husband feel like that wasn’t allowed. Parking is a bit complicated and could be better explained.The hotel should be aware when their parking is full. My husband had to drive there only to find no space and then had to look for alternative parking.We stayed for one night and overall it felt like a very average experience,definitely not 5 star, more like a 4 star hotel.”

“Hotel was selected as part of a vacation package; however, we were extremely satisfied! Very friendly and helpful staff. Check in and check out process was simple, and front desk staff very helpful in arrange transportation when we needed it. We would absolutely come here again!”

“We had a marvellous experience at this hotel, from the room, which was very spacious and comfortable, with all of the amenities necessary to a relaxing and pleasant stay, to the position, very well connected with the public transportation and within walking distance to the attractions of the city. But what made the difference for us was the staff, who was friendly, warm and helpful throughout the entirety of our stay. We were welcomed at the Level lounge by Aleix, whose professionalism and politeness shined, making us feel at home. A special thanks goes to Ivan, who handled the aperitif at the Level lounge, who was truly kind in handling a special request. We would love to be back as soon as possible!”

“Truly fabulous hotel. We enjoyed access to Level One lounge with our room. This was very special with attentive staff always available. Our room was perfect for a family of 3.”

“​We stayed here for one night and our first impression was excellent. One of the main reasons we chose this hotel was their pet-friendly policy. The lobby is beautiful, and our room was spotless. The bathroom was great, and most importantly for me, the mattress was incredibly comfortable. They even provided a bed and food bowls for our dog, which was a lovely touch. ​Everything was perfect until the next morning when we were woken up by a horrendous noise. Right in front of our door, they started repairing other room doors. The noise was unbearable and there was dust everywhere. We were never informed about this maintenance work. While the reception was professional and refunded our stay after we complained, it was still a major letdown that ruined our morning. A great hotel, but this was a significant oversight.”
