“Amazing beach in front of the hotel. There are more than enough recliners. Towels, sheets, pillows and beds are of high quality! Food is great too and drinks are almost always available to you. I would just consider improving a the deserts and creating vegetarian or fish options at the grill too. This hotel building is very robust and well thought. The windows and doors are soundproof. I slept like a baby here. The evening shows vary and are very interesting. Staff is kind and well trained. However, I would add an extra person to serve the recliners on the sand. Finally, the functional wrist bands are a very smart idea, so you do not need to carry a card key to open your room. Shampoo and lotion are from Rituals. Amazing! Kudos to this place. Thanks”

“Disfrute mucho nuestra estancia, la alberca, la zona del parque acuático, la playa, los restaurantes, los bares, el servicio y la habitacion, estuvieron excelentes. Muchas gracias a Armando, Didier, Gabriel, Ricardo y Francisco que nos atendieron en el Cape Nao; Muchas gracias a Martin que nos atendió en el Grill y Mil Gracias a Victor Salazr por todas sus atenciones, hizo una decoración especial a mi hijo por su cumpleaños y nos ayudó mucho para que nuestra experiencia estuviera completa. En nuestro caso hicimos el up grade a Level, yo les recomiendo hacerlo ya que vale la pena y deja de ser un gasto conforme disfrutas la experiencia”

“Dans son ensemble ce fut super agréable! Famille de 5, les lieux étaient super autant les jeux d’eau que la piscine. Personnel dédié, un merci particulier à Reyes et Oscar pour leur attention. Les activités ont clairement été communiqué à l’arrivée de même que tous les informations importantes. Je recommande et je suis surpris des quelques commentaires négatifs que j’ai vu avant de venir.”

As well as fun activities in and around the pool during the day. Ariel the bartender, Oscar M the waiter, and Antonio on the entertainment crew were amazing and all felt like a friend by the end of the trip.”

“Amé este hotel, definitivamente se lo recomendaré a mis clientes, con su apertura a inicios de 2025 como Meliá Casa Maya quedó magnifico es más tipo familiar, cuenta con 260 suites todas con vista al mar, entre ellas cinco categorías bellísimas: Meliá Room Ocean View acogedora, detalles preciosos y minimalistas; Meliá Suite Ocean View increíble tiene mucho espacio; The Level Suite Ocean View amplia completamente, bella, con refrigerador y cocina tipo integral, se puede conectar con habitación Level Room Ocean View para convertirse en The Level Grand Suite con capacidad hasta 10 personas entre niños y adultos (máximo 8 adultos) Sus tres restaurantes deliciosos y The Grill son muy lindos La piscina es muy larga y hacen actividades dentro, una de ellas tipo aeróbicas para personas de todas las edades tanto mayores como jóvenes : ) Buena distribución para carriolas, sillas de ruedas y andaderas de personas mayores Lo divertido es que incluye la zona acuática de toboganes para adultos y niños es el que se ve desde la zona hotelera cuando pasas en el kilómetro 5. “El day pass es una opción para disfrutar las instalaciones del hotel, te ofrece un par de restaurantes, disfrutar la alberca y la playa del lugar es linda. Sin oleaje. Los alimentos son los adecuados para pasar un día, tal vez opciones menos fast food, sería ideal. Las bebidas y el servicio bueno. Leidi en la alberca, se lució!”

“La semana pasada nos hospedamos en este hotel, el cual está recién remodelado, por lo tanto, las instalaciones se encuentran en excelentes condiciones. La Suite 10/10, con una hermosa vista al mar, las camas muy cómodas, todo muy limpio y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El servicio 10/10, muy atentos y cuidando siempre cada detalle para que no falte nada y para que te sientas cómodo. La ubicación 10/10, sin duda es lo mejor de todo, ya que tiene acceso directo a la playa. Finalmente puedo decir que en general fue una gran experiencia, y muy satisfactoria.”

“Our family of four (two adults and two children, ages 4 and 6) recently had an incredible stay at Melia Casa Maya in Cancun! From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality and exceptional service that truly made our vacation special. The resort itself is stunning—modern decor, beautifully maintained grounds, and immaculately clean rooms. The pool was fantastic, and the beach was perfect for both kids and adults to enjoy. The water park was a huge hit for all of us, providing endless fun and entertainment. One of the highlights of our stay was the variety of family-friendly activities available. Whether it was playing on the beach, playing foosball, shooting pool, enjoying resort-led activities, or simply relaxing by the pool, there was always something to do. My children really enjoyed the casino night. The food at the restaurants was very good (our favorite was Cape Nao). There was a great variety of options to choose from. However, we did find that the non-alcoholic beverages (juices and soda) could use a little more flavor. A special thank you to Majo, our concierge. She was genuinely kind and made sure we had everything we needed. She also made sure that we had reservations each night. Gabriel, Merkado captain, made sure that my son with a Gluten allergy always had gluten-free options. He would walk the buffet line or go over the menu with us showing what he can and cannot have. And if my son wanted something else, he was also happy to see it done. Lastly, Oscar, one of the waiters, always went above and beyond to make our experience truly memorable! He took the time to get to know us and would always stop and talk when he saw us passing. Their kindness and professionalism made such a difference in our stay Additionally, the resort does have sales representatives who discuss their "Circle Membership," but we truly appreciated that they were never pushy, aggressive, or intrusive—just informative and respectful. Overall, Melia Casa Maya is a fantastic destination for families looking for a fun, relaxing, and luxurious getaway. We had a wonderful time and would highly recommend this resort to anyone looking for a memorable vacation in Cancun. We can’t wait to return!”
