We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff was great, the restaurant and food were delicious and everything was within walking distance. The hotel was really really nice too. Had everything we needed. The only small problem we had was that the rooms were too hot during our stay, I guess the heat was on high pr there was no AC because we were sweating every night. They did provide us with a small fan when we asked which helped a tiny bit but it was still very warm. Overall a great place to stay in Madrid!

Un hotel espectacular y con mucho encanto. En recepcion nos recibieron con unas bebidas mientras realizamos el check-in donde ademas de informarnos de todos los servicios que disponia el hotel estuvieron siempre pendientes de nuestras necesidades. Todo ello siempre con una gran sonrisa y siendo muy amables. La persona gest experience igual muy simpática, con una sonrisa siempre y muy servicial para todo, ademas nos explico la historia del hotel. Encuanto a la gastronomia, el desayuno increible, disfrutas de un bufet muy variado, fresco y platos hechos en el momento. Tambien recalcar la amabilidad de las chicas de desayunos que estan siempre pendientes de ti para que no te falte cafe o para retirarte los platos sucios. Encantadoras y muy profesionales. En el restaurante Maché, decir que la elegancia del salon va en consonacia de esos platos elaborados con cariño y explicados perfectamente por los camareros. Tambien muy atentos ,simpaticos y amables. En cuanto a las instalaciones puedes pasar todo el tiempo del mundo disfrutando de ellas, puedes estar relajado en la biblioteca con un buen libro y un cafe, o en la sala de cine privada con una peli y palomitas o relajarte en la piscina del hotel. Ademas tienen un gimnsasio enorme, decir que no lo utilizamos, pero esta muy completo. Y por ultimo la habitacion, cogimos la habitacion Superior y nos sorprendio gratamente. Es muy bonita, la cama muy comoda, y lo mas importante silenciosa. La verdad que fue un fin de semana magico gracias al gran trabajo que hacen todos en el hotel y nos brindaron una gran estancia. At the Maché restaurant, the elegance of the dining room perfectly complemented the dishes, which were prepared with care and explained perfectly by the waiters. They were also very attentive, friendly, and kind. As for the facilities, you can spend all the time in the world enjoying them. You can relax in the library with a good book and a coffee, or in the private cinema room with a movie and popcorn, or unwind by the hotel pool. They also have a huge gym; we didn't use it, but it's very well-equipped. And finally, the room. We booked the Superior room and were pleasantly surprised. It's very nice, the bed is very comfortable, and most importantly, it's quiet. It truly was a magical weekend thanks to the great work everyone at the hotel does, and they provided us with a wonderful stay. Congratulations on everything! We'll be back!

Casa de las Artes is a truly special place to stay in Madrid. From the moment you arrive, it's clear this isn't just a hotel — it's a living gallery. The space has a cool, creative energy that sets it apart, and the artwork throughout gives every corner something worth pausing over. I found myself taking the stairs instead of the elevator again and again, not out of necessity, but simply to spend a little more time with the art in the stairway. That says everything about how thoughtfully the space is curated. By the end of my stay, a few pieces had genuinely captured my heart — the only thing that stopped me from bringing one home was the hard reality of checked baggage limits. My room was quite spacious by Madrid standards, which was a welcome surprise. The walls are not completely soundproof and I could occasionally hear neighbors, but it never affected my sleep — I use white noise and consistently logged eight or more hours a night without any issues. If you're looking for a place in Madrid that offers more than just a comfortable bed, Casa de las Artes delivers something memorable. It's the kind of stay that lingers with you after you've left.

Tras nuestra visita, se ha convertido sin duda en uno de nuestros hoteles favoritos. El servicio y atención es impecable de principio a fin. Los espacios están cuidados al detalle. El cine, gimnasio y zona Wellness son perfectas, así como el restaurante, rodeado de una maravillosa arquitectura y decoración.
