“Great Hotel, The stay here is Great. Upon arrival we had the pleasure of meeting Juan carlos fromthe consierge department who was pleasent and helpful. We had a glitch with frontdesk while checking inn. Once passed that process and we were in our room and the service oriented of juan carlos who set us at ease and assuered us it will be a great stay. To let them know of our needs. The next morning atleast we had David at the front desk who was happy to be there and pleasent with the guest. The room was spacious, while facing the main road yet it was very quite insside. comfortable bed and nice amenities. In the restaurant we had the pleasure of knowing Jesus De Diego, Eva and Carmen Cordero and everyone else in the retaurant were great friendly,professional and kind. The retaurant has great breakfast and we also enjoyed light lunch at the hotel. The following day we had the pleasure of meeting the GM while having breakfast.He is very curtious and friendly and was greeting guests to see how thier stay is. Once you step inside the hotel with the the Grand looking restaurant and the Library downstairs does not justifiy it from outside. We enjoyed our stay and will be sure to go back when in Madrid.”

“Incredible hotel, would stay here again in a heartbeat. I was only there for a night before my next flight but the staff was wonderful and the hotel itself is beautiful. Can’t rave enough about what incredible service they provide. Hope to stay here again in the future!”

“I spent 16 nights at Casa de las Artes, and it was one of the most pleasant hotel stays I've ever had. What really sets this hotel apart is the service. Housekeeping, concierge, front desk: every team was impeccable from my first day to my last. Whatever I needed, was handled immediately and with genuine professionalism. Honestly, the level of service here puts many five-star luxury hotels to shame. On a stay this long, consistency is everything, and the standard never slipped once. The hotel itself is beautiful. Walking through it feels like visiting a museum, with striking design and thoughtful details around every corner, and coming back to it at the end of each day was a real pleasure. The spa was lovely too: spotlessly clean, well kept and a great place to unwind. A heartfelt thank you to the whole team for taking such good care of me for more than two weeks. I would happily stay here again, and I recommend Casa de las Artes without hesitation.”
