I have mixed feelings about my stay here. The check in process was okay but we couldn’t add additional guest name prior to check in so we couldn’t add Melia Reward for upgrade. The shuttle bus was convenient and the driver is super friendly. The front desk however is lack of flexibility and unwilling to provide slippers for that those are only for luxury suites guests. There was an incorrect image on Google map of their swimming pool which has been taken down 4-5 years now so there is absolutely no pool here which was the reason I booked this hotel. It’s not super close to the central and about 16 minutes walk to metro. If I knew there was not a pool I would have stayed somewhere else. Anyhow, right when we check out the customer experience manager did graciously provide some consolation and offer us breakfast and late check out. I don’t think those were super important but at least his attitude and his manner doesn’t make us feel like it was our fault to trust Google map. He was very professional and kind I think his name was Alexis? But it really made us feel more welcome at the end before our check out.

Hotel perfecto como todos los Melias, tiene servicio de recogida y llevada al aeropuerto, servicios de 10, atención excelente, con zona the lounge The Level perfecta. Habitaciones impecables, mejor que en tu propia casa. Nunca defrauda la compañía Meliá.

Hotel espectacular, habitaciones bien equipadas y modernas con unas camas super comodas. La gente del hotel super amable y muy educada Lo recomiendo sin duda si teneis que ir a Madrid

Good hotel with kind and attentive staff. Quiet location, close to highways and the airport, with many major company headquarters nearby. Highly recommend.
