“Arrivé à 20h avec les tempêtes Leonardo (puis Martha) dans une chambre au rdc spacieuse, à l'éclairage intimiste, avec 2 lits jumeaux, frigo, bouilloire, thé, café, verres, tasses, cuillères, petite bouteille d'eau, penderie ouverte, coffre fort, télé, une grande salle de bain et une grande douche (équipée pour handicap) mais un système de chasse d'eau bruyant dans les chambres. Suite à une fuite d'eau, 4 jours plus tard, impactant tout le niveau, nous avons été surclassé, par le directeur, dans une suite au 3ème étage, avec salon, 2 lits jumeaux king Size, les mêmes équipements et petites attentions mais une salle de bain plus petite avec baignoire, les jets de la poire de douche pas droits et les toilettes derrière la porte, lavabo ébrécher. Il y a pendant cette période beaucoup de retraités étrangers en voyage tour opérateur. Séjour très positif car le personnel et le directeur de l'hôtel sont très disponible, aimable, efficace et plein de petites attentions aux clients. Le buffet du petit-déjeuner (7h30-10h45), du déjeuner (13h30-15h) et du dîner (18h30-22H) sont extraordinaires en choix et qualité. Attention l'eau est payante, en bouteille, pas de carafe, dommage, venir aux repas avec sa gourde. Un bémol, sur la navette de transit de retour qui est mal planifiée, elle nous a imposé une prise en charge à 6h pour un avion à 10h et fait des arrêts dans 3 autres hôtels sans jamais prendre de passagers. “We are staying at this wonderful hotel on the beach for 3 weeks. I have been very impressed with the quality and variety of foods offered at the buffets. The rooms are spacious and clean. We are in building one on the second floor and Carmen did an excellent job in keeping our room clean and supplied with the essentials. The sofa is not the most comfortable and the TV has very few English speaking stations. Pack a couple face cloths and you will have all you need. Irons are available upon request. The wifi reception is excellent throughout the hotel grounds. The gym is reasonably equipped. More 5 and 10lb weights and an additional recumbent cycling bike would be nice . The one heated pool is too cool to swim in presently and more people would use it if the temperature was increased. An addition of one ice machine in the hotel somewhere would be a nice amenity. It is great to see elevators and chair lifts to accommodate less mobile guests . I am thoroughly enjoying my stay here and will definitely return!”
