Super schönes Hotel, sehr central gelegen. Der Service kaum zu toppen ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ ein sehr gelungener Aufenthalt

I can't say enough about the wonderful experience we had! The staff was incredibly kind. We interacted most with Rocío and Laura and they were both knowledgeable and friendly and made us feel welcomed. We pulled up in our car which felt too big for the small Palma streets, and they immediately helped up with our bags and we handed them our keys. The few times we needed out car we just called down to the desk and they delivered it to the front door in minutes.) Rocio then went over a map of Palma with us, pointed out the 2 restaurants where they had made dinner reservations for us (both were wonderful!) and took us on a historic tour of the hotel before showing us our beautiful room (and we discovered they had upgraded us to an amazing suite! The loveliest most perfect hotel room we'd ever stayed in!) They also surprised us on our last night with cava and chocolate treats left in our room while we were out to dinner. The staff really care that you enjoy your stay and go out of their way to make that happen. They are truly top notch and made the experience fantastic. We hope to go back again some day!

Ett otroligt fint litet boutique-hotell mitt i Palma. Vänlig och serviceminded personal. God och inbjudande frukostbuffé med möjlighet att beställa varma rätter. Varför "Tjänst" endast får 4 stjärnor är pga deras Rooftop som verkligen inte höll samma standard som övriga delar. Ifall jag var ansvarig skulle jag stänga den delen tills det fanns möjlighet att uppgradera till samma standard som resten av hotellet. Nu drar den bara ner helhetsintrycket.

Fuimos a probar el desayuno y es estupendo. Lo que se espera para un hotel de esta categoría. Todo impecable, trato buenísimo, todo lo que probamos estaba increíble. La atención y el servicio durante el desayuno fue bueno, quizá muy lento para servir las cosas, pero lo hacen todo al momento y eso hay que valorarlo. Repetiría sin duda.
