“We stayed here for a few nights including our wedding night on 7th October. Without question this is the best hotel we have ever stayed in. The Parietti Suite is out of this world, the staff are incredibly friendly, helpful and nothing is too much trouble, the hotel is immaculate and in a perfect location. This really will forever be a very special place for us, we are already planning to return on our 1 year anniversary next year. Thank you so much!!!!”

“We stayed here for seven nights. The hotel is beautiful with fantastic history. The reception staff are so welcoming when you arrive, and carry on that service throughout your stay. Nothing is to much trouble. We stayed in a premium room that is located on the first floor. The room is large with a fantastic bed and amazing shower. However beware that there is a small lane right outside, so the odd scooter at 6:30 is not uncommon. Also there is a school next door and children start arriving at 7:45. The roof top terrace is beautiful and can be booked in hour slots for your private use. The hotel is in an excellent location within easy walking distance to all main areas. I would certainly recommend.”

“Very beautiful hotel inside it seems that you are in another world, everything is very clean, the rooms are very beautiful. A hotel in the center of Palma in a very central area for us the most important thing has been the staff, especially the guy at the reception, I think His name is Adel, very kind to us and the waiter. The only negative point is the tower where there is a small pool. We thought it was for space but it seemed very small and you have to make a reservation to sunbathe, which with the money we paid I don't know It looks ethical but in general it is a good hotel !!!”

“Unglaubliches Hotel !!! Hat die 5 Sterne mindestens verdient. Der Service und die Mitarbeiter sind herausragend !!! Eine Erfahrung die man machen muss. Das Frühstück war Unglaublich ! Das Hotel hat auch nur wenige Zimmer und daher ist alles sehr zum entspannen ausgelegt. Es gibt auch einen Spa mit Sauna und kleinem Pool und eine Möglichkeit sich auf der Dachterrasse zu Sonnen (ist Privat und kann man gratis reservieren, man ist alleine und ungestört). Die Mitarbeiter sind extrem nett und zuvorkommend. So einen Service habe ich noch nirgendwo erlebt. Vielen Dank”

“Difficult one this. The hotel is beautifully kept and stylish. The reception could not have been nicer. Our superior room was very well appointed and cleaned well every day of our week in Palma. Breakfast however was not up to the standards set in the rest of the hotel. We have had better service and food in much more humble surroundings all over the world. I can only assume they had no chef, were under trained and or over worked? We were also dismayed, but relieved later, that the restaurant was closed. I made my feelings clear to management and to there credit were very appologetic and placed beautiful red roses and proseco in our room. However, it did tarnish our stay. We are both in our mid 50s and expect a certain quality at that price”

“What a find!!! We are typically dedicated to staying at Bonvoy Marriott hotels, but we decided to stay our last night at the Summum Prime Hotel. First thought, we were so sad that we hadn't stayed here longer!!! It is all around 5 stars! I would say the rooms were pretty close if not the same as staying at a St Regis or a Ritz property. We had great converation with the night staff when we returned back to the hotel after dinner. We ended up having a few cocktails at their bar and it was the best way to end our night and trip. Lots of restaurants / shopping are walking distance from the hotel. Fera and Aromata are right around the corner and, although we didn't eat at either of them, we have heard only wonderful things. This hotel was top notch and we will definitely be back on our next trip to Mallorca! Cheers!!”

“The moment the glass doors open this building just gives you a big warm hello and welcome. The design is in my mind exquisite. Our room was beautifully appointed with a large very comfortable bed fantastic bathroom .The breakfast was superb all prepared fresh just the start to explore the city .All the staff were lovely and nothing was too much trouble .A perfect location to explore the wonderful city .Not surprised this boutique hotel was voted number 1 in Palma.Thank you.”
