Så fint hotell och jättebra personal. Så hjälpsamma och tillmötesgående. Frukosten var perfekt och utsikten från hotellrummet var så vacker. Kommer gärna tillbaks!

The hotel is great, the staff loved to work there, very cheerful and very helpful, Nicole from reception welcomed us with a perfect start, Vanessa hosted us with a smile every morning with a delicious breakfast, the terrace and the bar are amazing at night, the pool was up to expectations.. I would recommend staying at Victoria Gran Melia.

My husband and I stayed here for three nights while we were in Palma. It’s a beautiful hotel with many amenities. The service was exceptional, especially from Pedro. He was extremely kind, quick, and thoughtful. We were so impressed with every interaction.
