“Overall good experience and great hotel. One big downside was the lack of info on which subbeds you can use and the service around this. We were inconvenienced and made to move about 2 metres away which was actually a better view. It was very quiet when we went and it made little sense that everyone was packed together into one spot when there were so many beds free. No one was paying for them and it just seemed a really inefficient policy to need to pay extra.”

“My friend and I stayed here for 3 nights which was highly recommended by a friend. We went in September, not too busy, a walk away from the beach and Starbucks. Close to the main party street but far enough to not be so noisy. Nice pool area with plenty of sunbeds available. The staff allowed us to take a shower in their gym amenities on check day as we spent the day by the pool once check out of our room. I would definitely choose this hotel again if I go back to La Palma.”

The only negative is the glass bathroom wall, it doesn’t offer enough privacy and when you need to use it at night, the light goes into the whole bedroom. “The INNSIDE is more of a complex of multiple buildings. The rooms are super spacious and clean. Beds are amazing and the minibar is stocked with a few freebies. That's an unexpected but welcoming surprise. Love it! The breakfast buffet is European style with a wide variety and more than sufficient seating even when its getting busy. I would highly recommend this hotel. (Also a shout out to the friendly lady at the check-in who recommend free parking locations nearby).”
