“Hemos tenido la oportunidad de alojarnos en el INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia y la experiencia ha sido muy satisfactoria. Viajamos cuatro personas junto con nuestro perro y disfrutamos de una estancia muy agradable.
El hotel destaca por sus instalaciones modernas y cuidadas. La piscina es amplia, muy bonita y está excelentemente ubicada, con zonas espaciosas para relajarse y disfrutar del ambiente. Además, valoramos positivamente la presencia de DJ durante las noches, lo que aporta un ambiente agradable y dinámico sin resultar excesivo.
Queremos destacar especialmente la hospitalidad del personal. Todos los trabajadores mostraron una actitud profesional, amable y atenta en todo momento, haciendo que nos sintiéramos bien atendidos durante toda la estancia.
Como observación constructiva, nos gustaría señalar un aspecto relacionado con la seguridad y privacidad de las terrazas de las habitaciones. We had the opportunity to stay at the INNSiDE by Meliá Alcudia and the experience was very satisfactory. Four of us traveled with our dog and enjoyed a very pleasant stay.

As a constructive suggestion, we would like to point out an issue related to the security and privacy of the room terraces. The terraces are separated by wooden panels that act as dividers; however, these panels stop short of reaching the outer edge of the terrace. This allows a dog to access the adjacent terrace with relative ease, and similarly, a person of slender build could easily move from one terrace to the other. We believe it would be advisable to review this design to enhance both guest privacy and security.
Overall, our assessment is very positive, and we thank the hotel team for their attentive service. We would certainly recommend this establishment for the quality of its facilities, its ambiance, and the excellent service provided by its staff.”

“We recently stayed at Innside by Melia Alcudia and overall had a really lovely experience. The hotel has a very modern and sophisticated feel, especially in the reception and outdoor areas. Everything looked stylish and well maintained, and the scent throughout the reception area was amazing every time we walked in.
Our room was spacious, bright and comfortable, with a very comfortable bed and a great shower. We also appreciated the beach towel service, with fresh towels available every day. The food throughout our stay was delicious as well.
The outdoor areas are beautiful, especially the plants and jasmine flowers, which smelled wonderful in the evenings.
A special mention to Pablo at The Kitchen restaurant, who was always smiling, welcoming and even remembered our room number from our very first visit. The manager at Mascalzone and the waiter who mentioned he had been to Bulgaria were also very kind and helpful.
There were a few small things that could be improved. When we first checked into our room, the bedsheets had sand on them. Luckily there was no sand underneath the sheets, so I initially wasn’t planning to complain, but I later mentioned it while asking about the room lighting. The receptionist came to see the room herself, and the following day guest relations called to apologise and kindly offered both me and my mum two drinks vouchers each, which we appreciated.
The lighting in the room was probably our biggest issue. There were no proper ceiling lights in either the bedroom or living room area, only side lamps, which made the room feel very dim in the evenings. I’ve honestly never stayed anywhere without proper main lights before, and it would really improve the comfort of the room.
Another small downside was the handheld steam iron. It wasn’t nearly as efficient as a normal iron and it took a long time to do all our clothes. The hairdryer worked very well, but it was also quite heavy, which wasn’t ideal for long hair.
We also experienced a bit of confusion during our first visit to Mascalzone restaurant. We were initially told to sit down and wait for table service, but after waiting quite a while another waitress informed us that we actually needed to order at the bar. It seemed like there was some miscommunication between staff members.
Despite these few issues, we genuinely loved our stay and would definitely return. Most of the negatives were relatively minor and the positives far outweighed them. Overall, it was a great stay in a beautiful hotel with friendly staff and excellent food.”

“We have had an absolutely wonderful stay at INNSiDE Alcudia. The hotel is beautiful, modern, spotless, and has such a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere from the moment you arrive. The facilities, food, and overall experience have been outstanding.
What truly made this stay exceptional though was the staff. Every single member of the team was friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making our holiday special.
A very special mention must go to Juan, the manager, who went completely above and beyond for us. His professionalism, kindness, and dedication to guests are second to none. Nothing was too much trouble, and he made us feel incredibly valued throughout our stay. He is a huge credit to the hotel.
Thank you to everyone at INNSiDE Alcudia for such a memorable experience. We would return in a heartbeat and highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Alcudia.”
