“Reception+ restaurant + breakfast 10/10 Room 9/10 Balcony seaview 10/10( if you request highfloor + seaview based on availability ) Location 9/10( is not in old center but anyways not far from it, still close to castle bellver walking distance so it s still good) a lot of bars supermarkets shops restaurants nearby Must see castle bellver cathedral and royal palace and all the narrow and small streets from old town Good option to be accommodated in this city Esperancia from recepetion was a nice person”

“We spent the Christmas week there and had a wonderful time. It's spacious, clean, warm and tidy, and the staff are so lovely and welcoming. Our room was on the last floor with a great view of the castle. Some of the furniture was a bit old but everything worked fine. The only thing not to my taste is that they advertise "double bed" but in reality it's two single beds pushed together which I don't find comfortable. The breakfast was absolutely amazing! You see the sun coming up over the pool and the marina, there are tons of staff making sure everything works perfectly, smiling and friendly, and the food selection is incredible! You can have English breakfast, pastries, pancakes, etc, even try local sobrassada and mini ensaimadas! And even have a glass of prosecco by the pool. It's impossible not to have a good day when you start with a breakfast like this. We absolutely loved our stay!”

“Hotel je čistý , jídla chutná.Momentálně (prosinec 2024) je práce na ulici. Jakmile jste v místnosti, už neslyšíte toto malé dočasné obtěžování. Doporučuji”

“Hotel calidad precio muy bien (diciembre), personal de recepción muy atento, desayuno americano con bufet muy bien, habitación bien però al baño un poco desfasado y echamos en falta un cepillo de dientes o algun detallito de higiene personal. El hotel en general muy bonit, bien decorado y cuidado.”

“Pasamos un par de noches y realmente bien todo. Habitaciones amplias, limpias y cómodas, la mia encima con vistas a la catedral que veías su silueta en el amanecer junto al muelle y es un espectáculo. Ubicación 10. Desayuno más de 10. Y bueno un servicio por mi parte genial, en especial Alberto que desde la recepción gestiona, acomoda y facilita todo con trato exquisito. Y por cierto Mallorca una belleza.”

“Estuvo bien, con vista al mar, un poco antiguo el mobiliario en las habitaciones, pero la cama es muy cómoda, el desayuno completo con varias islas. El personal muy atento.”

“Todo correcto, el desayuno muy variado y bueno. Lo único que para cargar el móvil tenía que tener una luz encendida. Faltaría conexiones de carga por USB. Lo peor son las obras del paseo, ellos no tienen la culpa pero no es agradable.”
