“I wrote this and I'm still here for a couple more days. I felt compelled to leave a review because the negative comments about the food here are completely unjust. We’ve stayed in all-inclusive resorts across Majorca and the Costa del Sol, and Sol Palmanova offered the best food of them all by far.
I’m generally not a picky eater and can always find something to enjoy anywhere, but I was genuinely blown away from our very first lunch.
The Buffets & Main Meals: The lunch and dinner spreads are fantastic. There’s a fresh salad bar, beautiful loaves of bread, loads of fresh fruit, and a dedicated deli section with cheeses, cold meats, nuts, and dried fruit. Pasta lovers are well catered for. There is always stuffed pasta with custom sauces alongside a freshly baked pasta dish like lasagna or a gorgeous cannelloni. The vegetables were cooked to perfection (the aubergine was a standout!), and the hot meat and fish options were always fresh. I took a chance on the chicken breast one day and it was surprisingly juicy and tender. My husband tried the chips, burgers, and hot dogs and said they were all very good quality too.
Breakfast: An incredible spread of pastries, fruits, and fresh breads. A huge shoutout for serving tinned tomatoes instead of the usual dry grilled half tomatoes, which is a massive plus for me! The scrambled eggs were divine and properly seasoned.
Desserts: Absolutely outstanding. I usually skip desserts abroad because they often taste synthetic or heavy on alcohol, but these were exceptional. Instead of endless trays of identical, bland little jelly cubes, they serve proper, high quality full slices of cake (with around 4 different varieties per meal). The apple pie was hands down the best I’ve ever eaten, the lemon meringue was exceptional, and the carrot cake was right up there with the best.
Beyond the food, the dining hall is bright, spacious, and spotless. The service throughout the hotel is fantastic. The rooms are a standard hotel design, but they are comfortable, clean, and provide everything you need for a great stay. The staff are hard working, efficient, and get on with making sure everything runs smoothly.
Unless you are exceptionally fussy, you will love the food here. We couldn't fault it!

“Stayed in Sol 2 - excellent location , very close to beach and local bus route .food was fantastic with huge variety, fresh and very tasty .reception was speedy , helpful and super friendly.the staff in the restaurant were brilliant, hard working and very smart .three lifts so very little waiting for the next one .room service was daily and very efficient.i loved the recyclable beakers for drinks .the whole experience was fantastic and we loved it .please pass on our thanks to everyone.the caves of drac coach trip was amazing”

“En general la pasamos muy bien con mi familia, Mi niña de 6 años disfruto mucho las actividades y la piscina, los chic@s que cuidan a los niños hacen muy buena labor, tienen muy buena llegada con los niños. En general, muy buena atención de todo el staff, muy amables desde los housekeeping hasta recepción, salvavidas, etc. La comida estaba muy bien, Eduardo en el comedor muy destacable con la atención y cercanía con la gente. La ubicación muy cerca de la playa todo muy bien. Lo único que el sofa cama en la habitación era algo incómodo para dormir, mi esposa y yo despertamos con dolor de espalda los últimos días. Nada más allá. Muy buena experiencia en general. Gracias a todos.
Overall, my family and I had a great time. My 6-year-old daughter really enjoyed the activities and the pool; the staff looking after the children do a fantastic job and really connect well with the kids. In general, the service from the entire staff was excellent—everyone was very friendly, from housekeeping to reception, the lifeguards, and so on. The food was very good; Eduardo in the dining area stood out for his attentive and personable service. The location, very close to the beach, was excellent. The only downside was that the sofa bed in the room was somewhat uncomfortable to sleep on; my wife and I woke up with back pain during the last few days. Aside from that, it was a very good experience overall. Thanks to everyone.”

“Tout est très bien mais la literie à revoir chambre 919 le ménage ça va tout dépend des femmes de chambres mais dans l ensemble ça va la restauration parfait et il y a ce qu il faut l ambiance nickel la plage à deux minutes très bon séjour je vais toujours dans le groupe Melia ce sol palmanova est un de préféré par a rapport à pleins d autres que j ai fait dans le monde merci et surtout dommage qu il y a pas une salle de gymnastique avec le matériel nécessaire sinon tout est parfait”
