INNSiDE Kuala Lumpur Cheras

The hotel features excellent, very spacious rooms and a great, quiet swimming pool. The location is perfect for commuters with direct MRT access and EkoCheras Mall right next door. However, there were a few issues. There is no consistency with the hot water—it fluctuates between scalding hot and cold. Also note that there is no masjid within walking distance. My biggest concern was the internet; we couldn't access Outlook or Botim. Even after the technical team visited the room, they couldn't provide a fix. Breakfast was average and lacked variety—I was disappointed to see no choice of croissants. It’s a good stay for the room quality, but the service and utilities need improvement

The hotel is very comfortable

It could have gotten 4 stars but because of the terrible breakfast, I took out 1 star. They don't even have coffee machine, just a pot of hot coffee and tea. No egg station which is so surprising for a 4 star hotel. There is no variety on daily option just basically the same stuff.

Great location for this hotel, built into a mall so you can never get bored. Some nice bars walking distance away too. Service was good with 3 out of the 4 check in staff. One lady was unbuttered and didn't explain anything, but everyone else was amazing. The pool was a highlight, wish we could have stayed longer.

Innside by Melia deserve it's 4 star ratings: The room was spacious enough, adequate. It was comfortable and clean. The toilet was functioning well. Slightly lacking in Audio Privacy if you understand what i mean. The hall ways was clean, beautiful and feels cozy. The only problem or issues that I would like to raise in general are: Parking - please check in first at the lobby then proceed to Parking with is at P7 so quite a distance and hassle. But once park at P7 the access to the room is faster. The lift works well and quite fast for non busy period. Food - not the best, quite bland and minimal option. Taste wasn't up to expectations but it's not BAD. Eatable.
