“I stayed at Grand Meliá for a full week because I really needed some time to rest, recharge, and completely disconnect — and I honestly left feeling renewed. What impressed me most was the genuine level of care throughout the hotel. The service never felt forced or overly formal. It felt warm, thoughtful, and very professional. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful every morning — fresh, beautifully presented, and genuinely delicious. I’ve stayed at many five-star hotels, but the entertainment program here truly surprised me. It was extremely well organized, and the level of the performers was much higher than I expected from a hotel program. The flamenco show was a real highlight, especially knowing that one of the island’s leading flamenco performers was part of it. I also really enjoyed the workshops. They were beautifully done, and I even brought home a few souvenirs that I made myself during the classes. It’s such a special detail, and now I can enjoy those little memories of the trip at home. A special thank you to the reception team and the reception manager for being so attentive, flexible, and genuinely caring. Throughout my entire stay, I felt very comfortable, safe, and completely at ease. The only small improvement I would suggest is the coffee capsules provided in the rooms☺️. The coffee wasn’t quite at the same level as the rest of the hotel experience, so I would definitely recommend upgrading them to a higher-quality option. Other than that, everything was truly wonderful. This hotel gave me exactly what I came for: rest, beautiful surroundings, excellent service, and the feeling of being genuinely looked after. I will absolutely return. Thank you for such a wonderful week.”

“One of those stays that leaves you with a really good memory. Hotel Palacio de Isora is huge, but at the same time it has plenty of quiet corners where you can relax and switch off. The facilities, pools, gardens and overall atmosphere make it easy to forget about everything and simply enjoy your time there. But if there is one person who deserves a special mention, it’s Beatriz Vega from the restaurant. Her kindness, warmth and attention to guests really make a difference. She is always attentive, friendly and has a smile on her face, making you feel comfortable from the very first moment.”

“Naturaleza Arcana war eine dieser Erfahrungen, an die man sich nicht nur wegen des Ortes erinnert, sondern vor allem wegen des Gefühls, das man beim Abschied mitnimmt. Das Hotel Palacio de Isora verbindet wunderschöne Bereiche, Ruhe, beeindruckende Ausblicke und viele liebevolle Details, die jeden Aufenthalt besonders machen. Obwohl das Resort sehr groß ist, fügt es sich wunderbar in die Umgebung ein und bietet immer wieder schöne Ecken, an denen man abschalten kann. Auch die Gastronomie trägt wesentlich zum Gesamterlebnis bei. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich Beatriz Vega aus dem Restaurant. Ihre herzliche Art, ihre Freundlichkeit und die aufmerksame Betreuung machen aus einem einfachen Essen einen besonderen Moment. Menschen wie Beatriz sorgen dafür, dass man sich nicht nur an das Essen erinnert, sondern vor allem daran, wie wohl man sich gefühlt hat. Insgesamt ein Ort, an dem man wunderbar ohne Eile genießen, jeden Winkel des Hotels entdecken und einfach abschalten kann. Das Palacio de Isora hat vieles zu bieten, aber seine Mitarbeiter sind zweifellos eine seiner größten Stärken.”
