“Es la segunda vez que nos alojamos en Meliá Sevilla y hemos vuelto a tener una muy buena experiencia. Las habitaciones están muy bien y el servicio en la recepción de The Level ha sido excelente. El The Level Lounge es siempre muy agradable, tranquilo y está muy bien atendido, con una buena selección de snacks y bebidas durante el día. La piscina es espectacular, con unas vistas privilegiadas frente a la Plaza de España. Además, la ubicación del hotel es muy buena: en una zona tranquila, pero a la vez muy cerca del centro y de los principales puntos de interés de Sevilla. “Uma excelente experiência no Meliá Sevilla Tivemos uma excelente experiência durante as sete noites que passamos no Meliá Sevilla. O hotel não é novo mas é muito bem conservado e conta com certos recursos tecnológicos. Gostaria de destacar a impecável limpeza, tanto das áreas comuns quanto do nosso quarto, algo que considero fundamental em uma hospedagem e está cada vez mais difícil de encontrar mesmo em categorias superiores. O hall de entrada é amplo, espaçoso, confortável e muito agradável. Apenas alguns dos sofás já demonstram sinais de desgaste e poderiam ser renovados para acompanhar o excelente padrão geral do hotel. A localização é excelente, com fácil acesso aos principais pontos turísticos, muitos deles alcançáveis com uma curta caminhada. Além disso, há um ponto de táxi bem em frente ao hotel, o que torna os deslocamentos ainda mais práticos para aqueles que não estão acostumados. O atendimento foi excepcional durante toda a nossa estadia. Fomos muito bem atendidos por todos, desde a recepção ( exceto no nosso check in mas entendo que era por ser muito cedo) até a equipe de camareiras e os funcionários do café da manhã. Todos foram atenciosos, cordiais e profissionais. O quarto é amplo, silencioso e muito confortável. O sistema de blackout proporciona um ambiente realmente escuro para dormir, e tanto as roupas de cama quanto as de banho são de excelente qualidade. O colchão é muito confortável, a televisão é grande e de ótima qualidade — embora não tenhamos assistido a nada durante as sete noites! O ar-condicionado também merece destaque por ser eficiente e silencioso. A limpeza diária foi impecável, e encontramos o quarto sempre muito bem cuidado e agradavelmente perfumado. O café da manhã é muito bom e oferece uma variedade interessante, inclusive com opções para celíacos e para pessoas com diferentes tipos de alergias alimentares, o que considero um diferencial importante. Para que fosse perfeito, especialmente para o meu gosto pessoal, sentiria falta apenas de uma maior presença de bolos, doces e produtos feitos na própria cozinha. De modo geral, foi uma excelente estadia, marcada pelo conforto, pela limpeza, pela localização e, principalmente, pela qualidade e cordialidade de toda a equipe. “We had a lovely stay at Meliá Sevilla. From the moment we arrived, David made us feel very welcome. We arrived earlier than the usual check-in time, but he kindly managed to accommodate us, which we were extremely grateful for and was a great start to our stay. The hotel is very conveniently located, particularly for Plaza de España, which is within easy reach, and we found that most of Seville’s other main attractions were only a short taxi ride away. We upgraded to the Level experience and the breakfast was definitely one of the highlights. There was a fantastic selection, and we especially loved being able to order freshly cooked items directly from the menu. The choice of drinks available throughout the day in the Level lounge was also excellent. The only area we felt could be improved was the selection of snacks in the Level lounge. The choice was quite limited and tended to be the same each day. A little more variety from day to day would really enhance the experience. Overall, a very enjoyable stay in a great location, with excellent breakfast and service. A special thank you to David for making our arrival so welcoming.
