“Keine 5 Sterne meiner Meinung. Das Hotel an sich ist schön, die Renovierung tat gut. Die Zimmer sind auch sehr schön geworden. Allerdings waren die Matratzen schon durch, hier wurde einfach ein Topper aufgelegt. Was 5* ausmachen und was hier meiner Meinung nach keine 5* wert sind. Das Essen und der Service. Die Grundlagen von Englisch sollte man beherrschen, hier gibt es Nachholbedarf. Uns wurden öfter falsche Getränke gebracht. Normale Cola statt Zero, Cocktails mit statt ohne Alkohol oder andersrum. Oder man hat über eine halbe Stunde gewartet bis endlich jemand kam. Immerhin war die Mannschaft freundlich und das abräumen der Tische ging auch flott. Auch waren die Cocktails lecker und wurden augenscheinlich auch mit echten Marken zubereitet. Dann das Essen: die Auswahl ist jetzt nicht so ganz vielfältig. Allerdings sollte das Essen dann zumindest heiß sein und nicht einfach warmgehalten werden. Essen war auch eher etwas lasch.
