“It would not take much for this hotel to deserve the maximum rating of 5. But for the price level, it shows some annoying flaws. The rooms are large and the bed comfortable. Yet in lieu of a huge TV set, more towels and a better lighting would be welcome. Access to the reception is also uneasy if you carry heavy suitcases and have to climb the many steps. Finally breakfast only starts at 8 am. However the staff is cordial, check-in efficient and the location perfect.”

“Wonderful Stay in Roma Norte – Spacious Room, Great Location & Amazing Staff Hotel is brand new, opened in June 2026. We stayed in one of the Townhouse Rooms, which was surprisingly spacious and perfect for our group. The room included a large living and dining area with a fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms, a king-size bed in the bedroom, and a double bed in the living area. The rooms and bathrooms were modern, spacious, comfortable, and very well designed. We even had a yoga mat. The hotel’s common areas are beautiful as well. The lobby has plenty of comfortable seating, a café, and high-top tables that are great for working or relaxing. There is also a lovely outdoor patio on the lobby floor with greenery that provides a nice place to sit and unwind. One of the highlights was the rooftop terrace. Although not open yet, you can see it it is beautifully decorated and offers amazing, unobstructed views of Mexico City. It will be a great spot to eat, drink, relax and take in the city. The location in Roma Norte is excellent. There are trendy shops, restaurants, bakeries, and cafés all within walking distance, and public transportation is nearby. Many of the city’s major areas and attractions are also easily accessible. A special thank you to Laura and Isaac at the front desk, who were absolutely wonderful. They were friendly, helpful, and provided us with excellent restaurant recommendations within walking distance for brunch and dinner. Their service really made our stay even more enjoyable. Overall, we had an excellent experience and would definitely recommend INNSiDE Mexico City Roma Norte. We would happily stay here again on our next visit to CDMX!”
