“A little paradise between the Disney, Universal Studio and Sea World parks. perfect for relaxing with the family. a friendly and family universe where you will be received very well! the restaurant is very pleasant and the teams are adorable, caring and attentive. “The staff made up for the rowdiness of some of the customers in the hotel. It was a wonderful stay nonetheless and would stay here again. Thank you for being accommodating!”

“My stay here was absolutely relaxing. I had a 2 bedrooms suite which turned out to be very spacious. Extremely tranquil views. The full kitchen came in handy. The heated pool looked very inviting. Maryjo checked me in and out. She was absolutely amazing despite the freezing temperatures. Maryjo was very welcoming, friendly, personable and a joy to talk to. Please give her raise its clear she works 18 hour shifts. The Wilson restaurant was absolutely delicious. I felt as if I had my own personal chef catering to me. Plus there is a variety of eating locations across the street.”

“Amazing place to stay! This is the first time I have traveled with my pet and could not be more pleased. It is really a pet friendly facility. Lots of unexpected perks! Happy hour EVERY day with free wine and beer. Discounted bar food. The staff is amazing particularly Jennifer at front desk. Overall everyone goes out of their way to make your stay feel comfortable and relaxed. Would highly recommend.”

“Came in for the Over the Edge Celebrity weekend and our experience was awesome from start to finish. Check-in was seamless and they kept our bags in a locked room so we could go to Disney Springs until our room was ready. We had a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom suite and it was very spacious and clean. Great weekend all around and we will definitely be back!”

“I want to start out by saying that we really enjoyed our room and the staff was very friendly. Specifically JENNIFER from the front desk WAS AMAZING. A TRUE HOTELIER. To management, I did have one major issue that made it very uncomfortable two of our 4 nights and worth consideration. Apparently there was a private event during the weekend. The energy was high but on Friday night you allowed a dj to be screaming over loud speakers until after 1 am. I enjoy a good party atmosphere but this ruined our sleep. Saturday night still had very loud music until after 1 am but was at least manageable. Again the hotel was very well appointed with a nice happy hour and very helpful staff. Thank you Jennifer for all your efforts.”
