“El hotel es espectacular y visualmente impresionante. Lo mejor es su enorme piscina en forma de laguna que conecta directamente con la playa, lo que hace que pasar del agua dulce a la arena sea comodísimo. Sin embargo, el complejo es demasiado grande y resulta un poco lioso y laberíntico para orientarse al principio, especialmente los primeros días. A pesar de eso, las instalaciones están muy cuidadas y la ubicación en Choeng Mon es fantástica. Ideal si no te importa caminar un poco para descubrir el hotel.”

“We had a wonderful stay at Meliá Koh Samui, and one of the highlights was undoubtedly the exceptional hospitality we received throughout our stay. A very special mention to Honey, Pink, Kim, Zena and Sachi at The Level Lounge. Every time we visited the lounge, we were greeted with genuine warmth, friendliness and such thoughtful service. They made us feel incredibly welcome and always went the extra mile to make each visit feel special. What touched us most was how wonderful they were with our son. They were so friendly and attentive towards him, and their warmth made him genuinely happy. He really looked forward to seeing them whenever we went to the lounge! For us as parents, seeing our child feel so comfortable and welcomed made the experience even more meaningful. We would also like to thank Maya, who gave us such a warm welcome during check-in and got our stay off to a great start. The resort itself is beautiful, but it is the people who truly make a hotel memorable. The team at The Level Lounge created that feeling of being genuinely looked after, and their warmth and personal touch really stood out. Thank you, Honey, Pink, Kim, Zena, Sachi and Maya, for making our family stay so special. We will definitely remember the wonderful hospitality and hope to return to Meliá Koh Samui again!”

“Wir durften als Paar Ende September 2026 eine knappe Woche als Teil unseres Thailand Urlaubes in diesem Wunderschönen Hotel verbringen und können es nur empfehlen! Ich möchte erwähnen das wir (als gefühlt einzige) All Inclusive gebucht hatten, was wir aber defintiv nicht bereut haben! Denn so wurden wir den ganzen Tag mit Cocktails und sämtlichen Köstlichkeiten aus der Breeza Beach Bar genießen wo wir auch dieses wunderschöne Ambiente und exzellente Küche beim Abendessen vollkommen auskosten konnten! (zum Breeza selbst gibt es aber ebenfalls eine Bewertung von mir) Angefangen vom freundlich netten Empfang (durch Paul und seine lieben Kolleginnen Lucy und Miew) und dem gesamten Frontdeskt die uns auch bei "alltäglichen" Dingen wie Roller Miete geholfen haben über sämtliches freundliches Personal so wie man sich das einfach im 5-Sterne Club ehrlicherweise erwartet. Es fehlt einem an nichts und sie lesen einem den Wunsch förmlich von den Lippen ab. Das Standard Zimmer hatte ein wirklich Riesengroßes gemütliches Bett sowie ein schönes sauberes Badezimmer Fernseher etc. als auch einen schönen kleinen Balkon zum Kaffee trinken am morgen. Die Anlage an sich ist wie man auf dem Bildern im Internet ja ohnehin sieht wunderschön angelegt und wird auch wirklich permanent gepflegt und in Schuss gehalten! (geschieht aber völlig diskret und größtenteils Nachts bzw am frühen morgen) Die Poolanlage ist für Leute die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen wahrscheinlich nicht die beste Wahl, aber am Strand welcher überhaupt nicht überfüllt war konnten wir uns vom Lärm- bzw Stör Faktor nicht beklagen. (Man bekommt auch Nachmittags Problemlos freie Liegen) Verkäufer gibt es am Strand ein paar aber diese sind absolut nicht Aufdringlich oder lästig. Alles in allem ein für uns wirklich Wunderschöner Teil unseres Urlaubs auf Koh Samui! Danke an wirklich die gesamte Belegschaft dieses Hotels! Wir kommen gerne wieder ;)”
