“I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel in January, and although I’m only now getting around to writing a review, I wanted to share my positive experience. The staff at the reception was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Melbourne, Cake, Mook Bee, and May, who always assisted me with my questions. They even went above and beyond to help me organize my airport transfer – truly outstanding! A special thanks also goes to Preem, who worked both in the restaurant and at the reception. Her positive energy and smile every morning made sure I started my day in a great mood. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, and the breakfast was delicious and varied. The hotel’s location is a bit off the beaten path, but for me, it wasn’t an issue, as the transport links were excellent. All in all, it was a fantastic stay.”

“A serviced apartment building, is clean and well-maintained, offering a comfortable and convenient stay. One of the highlights is the rooftop restaurant, pool, and bar. The view from the rooftop is absolutely stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cityscape. The food and drinks at the bar were great too. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing stay with a fantastic view!”

Besonders beeindruckt hat uns der Infinity-Pool mit atemberaubendem Blick über die Stadt – ein perfekter Ort zum Entspannen. Der Service war erstklassig: Das Personal war stets freundlich, aufmerksam und professionell. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend – eine große Auswahl an frischen und hochwertigen Speisen für jeden Geschmack. Die Lage ist unschlagbar – zentral und direkt an der Bahn gelegen, was die Erkundung der Stadt unglaublich bequem macht. Unser Zimmer in einer der oberen Etagen mit Stadtblick war ein absolutes Highlight – modern, sauber und mit einer großartigen Aussicht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder! Liebe Grüße, Peter”

“Definitely my place to go in Bangkok ! The hotel is beautiful, rooms are great and I am not even talking about facilities. Be ready for some amazing views. But what makes this hotel so special and so remarkable is the team. They go above and beyond expectations, everything to make you feel at home. “We had a lovely stay at Innside by Melia! We arrived earlier than our check-in time, but the staff were very helpful, and find us a room to check in straight away! Great view from the rooftop, the pool is very clean and not too big. The bar is well stocked and the staff were very friendly and attentive, not only at that bar but everywhere! We didn't try to food, but it looked delicious. The tapas bar is also open until late in the evening with some great views over the town! Thank you to all, we had a great stay!”

“Vi är väldigt nöjda med vår tid på hotellet, kommer komma tillbaka. Trevlig personal, smidig incheckning. Rummet är fint och fräscht. Ganska litet, men funkar. Toaletten är väldigt liten (se bilder vid bokningen). Tyvärr är inte luftkonditioneringen så bra, tar väldigt lång tid om man vill kyla ner och låter mycket på natten. Gick dock att sova ändå, även fast jag är ljud känslig. Det var ett litet minus. Frukosten är bra, stort utbud på allting. Kaffet är helt okej. Hotellet har en egen restaurang som är öppen efter frukosten, ocksåp väldigt bra. Sen ligger LUZ Tapas Bar på 33e våningen som måste testas. Poolen är häftig, väldigt kall dock. Inte jätte många platser i solen, men det funkar absolut. Läget är lite utanför "centrum". Men ligger precis intill BTS station (On Nut). Så smidigt, tar ca 10-15 minuter att ta sig till centrum med den. En stor Lotus ligger på andra sidan gatan samt en 7eleven. Smidigt att hotellet hjälpte till med taxi till flygplatsen för 500 baht.”

There was a bit of dust on the furniture, but nothing that overshadowed the experience. The staff was amazing—kind and professional. I will definitely be back!”

“Rooms are nice and the roofpool pool is cool. The rooftop bar is also nice. Overall, a feeling of a nice five star hotel with youthful vibes. Special thanks to the cleaning staff, you are awesome and made the hotel pop out (the bunnies were great)! The location is suberb, with BTS, Lotus, 7/11, etc very close, and there is even a vibrant ab lively night life area in the same block with the hotel! On the negative side, the pricing at the restaurants is misleading: neither service fees nor VAT is included in the presented prices. Also, the pool bar is way overpriced given that it is intended for the hotel guests to casually chill.”
