Fuimos un grupo de amigos y pasamos unos días de 10 gracias al personal que trabaja allí, el cual nos hicieron la estancia increíble no nos faltaron las risas y eso para nosotros es fundamental. Mencionar a Laura y Daniela de animación con el taller de barraquito nos ganaron. De bar y restaurante Jessel y Fernando grandes currantes. Nombres que me quede pero con estas menciones nombro a todo el equipo gracias por dar un excelente servicio.

The hotel will undergo renovation (very much needed) but we liked it very much because it’s a walkable distance from the main boardwalk. Parking is included. Good view from the 15th floor.

The location is perfect. Reception service and cleaning staff are good. Food and drink staff are not helpful and uninterested. All inclusive is not worth it at all. Luckily, we booked the xtra room, and air conditioning was very good. Fridge and kittle in room. Sink and shower drain blocked a few times. 13th floor, lovely view. Room needs more power sockets. The pool area is disgraceful. The pool floor has large damaged areas that have been patched with rubber sheets. Pool loungers, 70% of them should be put in the bin. Dirty and worn out, large hollows, completely worn out.pool bar and food not good. Breakfast lunch and dinner ok but has issues. Omelette at breakfast is plain egg. Cook will rudely refuse to add a bit of ham or anything to the Omelette, and be rude if you ask him to turn and cook it more. I did hear the hotel is to do upgrades this year. They need too.

Lugar cómodo ubicación perfecta .. pero destaco el servicio .. no paran , están pendientes en todo momento, la comida genial para dar cobertura a tanta gente un lugar tan grande , volveré

This was the cheapest hotel we could find in January in Los Cristianos, we booked last minute and found a lot of the accommodation in the area was sky high in price. I'd say it was pretty much what we expected - as our expectations were quite low. I would say that the pool area was quite nice with plenty of sunbeds, and the staff here were very accommodating and friendly. We were also quite happy with the size of the private terrace we had on our room (our room was the most basic option). Also, the location is pretty good, close to the main areas. Two things let it down for me: 1. The beds were very uncomfortable, the staff did arrange for us to have a mattress topper put on but even with that you can't get around the fact that the beds are desperately in need of replacement, and we weren't able to sleep well on them at all. 2. The included breakfast, whilst having a lot of options was not the greatest. All of the "hot" options were stone cold on all 4 mornings of our stay, that is to say, the items weren't even slightly warm so I imagine most of the food is cooked very early and then left out rather than kept warm properly. I think go for the hotel if you're on a budget, a short stay here was enough for us though.
