“Un hotel espectacular en la zona norte de la isla de Tenerife. Lo tiene absolutamente todo para hacer tu estancia inolvidable. El restaurante tiene cocina de la zona e internacional muy buena, los destinos son bastante abundantes y variados. Por la noche tiene un bar de copas muy elegante. La piscina es enorme al igual que las zonas de relax. Respecto a las habitaciones, estuvimos alojados en la suite número 3 (Melia Rewards) es impresionante, con unas vistas desde la terraza indescriptible. Volveremos seguro”

“Schöne Lage, ruhiges Haus. Die Zimmer sind groß und insgesamt angemessen ausgestattet. Die Betten sind bequem und Topper sind bei Bedarf vorhanden. Das Buffet erfüllt den Standard. Der Service am Pool (i.e. in Bezug auf Liegen und Sonnenschirme) und insgesamt ist eher unaufmerksam und verbesserungswürdig. Wünsche werden allerdings schnell erfüllt. Spa / Sauna überteuert. Insgesamt schöner Urlaub, das Hotel ist empfehlenswert.”

“Es ist einfach wunderschön, einziger 1/2 Sterneabzug, Service Bar und an einigen Tagen im Restaurant. Der andere halbe Sterneabzug geht an den Spa 18€ für 90 Minuten Sauna inclusive Indoorpool passt nicht zum 5 Sterne Hotel. Ansonsten TOP wer Ruhe, Wandern oder Golf spielen möchte ist dort richtig.”

“Great staff in reception, housekeeping, food prep & service & bars. Special mentions for Laura, Reuben & Rayco. Hotel is beautifully set overlooking golf course down to the coast. It is a very quiet Adults only hotel mainly for golfers ( lots of positive feedback on the Seve designed course). Some yoga, gym & Spa activities for non golfers - but not enough made of Spa ( no packages to match with golf deals). Short walk to square of nearby Buenavista with its bars & cafes, and also coastal walks (some uneven paths). Hotel is very much a 4 star in terms of overall quality of food & drinks, some of decor & tiles a bit jaded. That said, we had a very relaxing 10 days, with my missus enjoying daily yoga classes. Didn't play golf, and would only go back to do so if our party incl non golfers had access to very underused spa ie a spa treatments package to match up with golf packages on offer. Really missing a trick there!!”

“YHI Spa! Una experiencia increíble! Fuimos a canjear nuestro vale (Regalo de San Valentín), nada más llegar, nos atendió Yolanda, la empleada más amable y simpática que encontrarás allí. Las instalaciones estaban muy limpias, ordenadas y cuentas con toalla, albornoz, cholitas, agua y fruta. Dispones de taquilla para guardar tus cosas, duchas(champú, gel y crema corporal que olían increíble!) vestuario completito! Yolanda nos guió y explicó cómo era el correcto uso del spa (90 min), tras ese tiempo y duchita, nos invitaron a una bebida (café, cortado, infusiones...) y pasamos a una zona de relax. Gracias por hacer de esa mañana una mañana increíble! 10/10”

“The best hotel I have ever stayed in. This place is truly magical. From the beautiful buildings and grounds, to the beautifully comfortable rooms, and the amazing staff, this place had it all. I wish we could have stayed for a month. The pool area was so relaxing and calm, the spa was well appointed, and the live music on the patio was wonderful. Every one of the staff was so friendly and wonderful to us.”

“Lovely hotel with a great vistas across the ocean. I won’t add to other comments about the excellence of the rooms and surroundings but I’d highlight the housecleaning team for praise. Unusually for us we stayed half board (some lovely snacks and pintxos are available during the day to stave off any hunger pangs). It may be because it is low season, but there was no buffet but waiter service. The servers displayed pleasant enthusiasm rather than skill. The food in general was pretty good though there were some basic errors. For example a delightfully cooked half of fish on the bone was served with smeared in an opaque sauce, not an eating challenge to be enjoyed.”
