“Wir hatten Anfang Februar 2026 einen fantastischen Aufenthalt in diesem großartigen Hotel. Hier hat einfach alles gestimmt. Von der unglaublichen Freundlichkeit der Mitarbeitenden über die tollen Zimmer, den Level-Bereich - einfach großartig. So fühlt man sich als Melia-Rewards-Platinum-Member wertgeschätzt. Llevo yendo a este hotel más de 15 años y cada estancia aún es mejor que la anterior En esta ocasión hemos ido un grupo de 10 amigos y no hemos podido disfrutar más El hotel es precioso y tanto las piscinas como todas las instalaciones son fantásticas y muy bien cuidadas, consiguiendo que dentro del hotel la desconexión sea total. La zona del Level es increíble, preciosa y con un servicio fantástico, merece mucho la pena así que la recomiendo. Y lo mejor del hotel es su fantástico personal, mil gracias a todos En especial a Aurelia del desayuno y del Agave que estuvo todos los días pendientes de nosotros y no nos pudo cuidar más. “Wow just wow!!! This is an amazing hotel with great facilities and lovely pool and lovely staff. The breakfast bar is really nice and the salt water pool is truly incredible! The tap was is not the best so they say that we can get some mineral water from the reception but a lot of people were buying from local super market (super dino or the gas station). Would be great if this if offered from the hotel. The room is spacious and the balcony is lovely! The adult pool and family pool is warmed so that was nice. People taking seats with towels is a bit annoying but other than this it was all great. There are tours that we can book which would have been great to know before we came but there is a lot of amenities in the hotel as well. Paddle was really fun and gym is nice too! The only part would not have paid was the spa which was very average and not worth the money. The closed seaside area (not part of the hotel) is nice for snorkelling but we almost got robbed so make sure you do not leave any valuables when you are in the sea. The scuba centre is always closed so you can contact over whatsup, which made it difficult to book snorkelling or diving. I would highly recommend for breakfast to go before 8:00 AM.”

“I’m in love with this place! Even though it is huge, the way it’s built makes it look sooooo pretty and you don’t feel like in a big resort. I was very amazed about the Staff. They remembered for example that our luggage got lost and asked the next day at breakfast if we need any help - and yes, they found us within probably over 100 people! The breakfast buffet is the next thing I need to mention. So many different options and yet every day they had a new variety of food! I hope to come back to this place very soon!!”

“Es un hotel espectacular de bonito, con muy buena restauración y con un fantástico servicio del personal. Piscinas cuidadas y muy limpias , la habitación y el baño muy amplios y cómodos, un hotel para darle una nota muy alta . Y para repetir, sin duda. Hasta que llegamos al tema de tumbarte en una hamaca en cualquiera de las piscinas que no sean red level. Aquí el tema es triste . A las 8,30 de la mañana están prácticamente todas las hamacas ya con toallas y “alguna que otra pertenencia personal “ suficiente para que no se puedan retirar esas toallas. Y es entonces cuando te preguntas si estás en un Meliá cinco estrellas gran lujo o en un hotelito de primera línea de playa en Benidorm (sin hacerle ningún feo al maravilloso Benidorm) en el que los huéspedes salen, a horas intempestivas, a la carrera para coger hamaca en la piscina e incluso en la playa. Imágenes que se han visto repetidamente en los medios de comunicación. Nos dicen que informan a los huéspedes (especialmente ingleses) al llegar que es algo que no deben hacer , pero lo hacen, y lo que es peor, se les permite. Resulta curioso que cuando te asomas a la piscina red level esta circunstancia no se da, se pueden ver hamacas ocupadas con el huésped tumbado y también hamacas libres con sus toallas enrolladas y bien colocadas. No se cual debiera ser la solución , no es mi labor, pero obviamente algo no se está haciendo bien. Y una sugerencia con todos mis respetos , poned por favor gorros al personal de piscina y especialmente, de bar, he sufrido viéndoles expuestos al sol tantas horas. Cubrir la cabeza, cara y cuello es algo que recomiendan hoy en día todos los dermatólogos. Para exposiciones de largo tiempo al sol. Como en el fabulosisimo Melia La Perla Only Adults en Riviera Maya, muy muy recomendable también, que van totalmente cubiertos para protegerse del sol.”

El último día, nos dejó quedarnos en la habitación hasta pasada la hora del check out mientras hacíamos tiempo para nuestro avión. 100% recomendable. Volveremos!”
