Increíble lo lindo que es este hotel ! La amabilidad de su personal . Les cuento que dejamos olvidada la laptop. Y en cuestión de un día ya nos la estaban enviando hacia México de regreso . Gracias principalmente a Guillermo el conserje del hotel . Demasiado amable !!! Es definitivamente un hotel 5 estrellas .

We recently stayed at this hotel, which overall has a beautiful and well-maintained property, and most of the staff are quite friendly. However, we were extremely disappointed with the room we were initially given, which left a sour taste on our stay. We booked a room in the Garden View category, as it was the only option available at the time. The booking platform showed a lovely photo with a spacious balcony or terrace, complete with sun loungers. However, we were given Room 433, which was a complete shock. The room layout was baffling—there was no proper balcony in sight. The toilet was awkwardly placed in the middle of the room, with the shower next to it. The so-called "balcony" (which was hardly big enough for one person to stand on) was actually behind the shower. I’ve never experienced a situation where you have to walk through the shower to reach a tiny "balcony". This setup was not only strange but felt misleading, especially since every other balcony in the hotel was a proper one. How this room could be in the same price category as the others is beyond me, and no one at the hotel could explain it either. After complaining to the front desk, we were at least given another room, which was better. But it’s clear that Room 433 should either not exist or be offered at a serious discount. Better yet, they should consider merging it with adjacent rooms to create a proper space. Additionally, the rooms are generally quite small, with limited storage space. For the price, we’ve had far better experiences at other Melia hotels, where the rooms were more spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast was acceptable, though the terrace area was a bit cramped. It seems like the priority here is to fit as many small tables as possible rather than ensuring a comfortable dining experience. On a positive note, the pool area is very nice and well-maintained, which was one of the highlights of our stay. In summary, while the hotel has some redeeming qualities, the experience with Room 433 left us disappointed, and we expected more from a brand like Melia.

Sitio brutal con vistas espectaculares

No tengo palabras , habitaciones espectaculares con una terraza enorme, súper limpias y con todas las comodidades que puedas imaginar , el hotel precioso, la decoración está genial, el ambiente... la zona de la piscina increíble, todo el personal del hotel es super amable y atento, siempre con una sonrisa, intentan hacer tú estancia lo más agradable posible y lo consiguen, si a esto le añades Sitges es para no pensárselo, ya habia estado hace muchos años y recordaba el hotel con mucho cariño pero desde la reforma es impresionante , volveré siempre que pueda y lo recomiendo 100x100, muchas gracias, ha sido una experiencia fantástica.
