“We stayed at Meliá Ibiza for one week for our wedding this year and absolutely loved it. We had one of the suites in The Level area of the hotel and it was truly beautiful. From the glass of bubbly on arrival to the stunning rooftop pool, everything felt really special. Although we were self-catering, The Level offered drinks throughout the day, plus snacks and a tapas hour in the evening — all included with the room, which was such a lovely surprise. Our suite was a dream: a large bathtub, huge balcony and the most incredible sea view. We were also greeted with a bottle of champagne on arrival, and again on our wedding night — such thoughtful gestures. The hotel team were so patient and accommodating, allowing all of our suppliers to meet us there in the lead-up, and welcoming our wedding party on the morning of the wedding so they could get ready with us. We honestly can’t recommend The Level at Meliá Ibiza enough — we’ll definitely be back! Location is also great, it was round the corner from our wedding venue, but also only a short 15min walk into the harbour where you'll find lots of restaurants, and 10 mins further into the main Santa Eularia town & beach. The only thing to note is that some of our guests booked standard rooms in the main hotel and felt they were quite small, so we would highly recommend booking within The Level if your budget allows.”

“La ubicación de este hotel es única y bellísima. Las vistas, el jardín, la decoración colonial, la terraza de desayuno (especialmente la de The Level), cama cómoda, ducha muy amplia, desayuno muy variado y rico, ambiente relajado y agradable. Muy bonito el uso de una pequeña franja de vegetación para lindar con la senda (publica) que recorre la costa al lado del hotel, en lugar de la típica valla o muro. Estuvimos con la opción The Level y vale totalmente la pena, o como mínimo coger vista a mar. Una propiedad muy bonita que en mi opinión está por encima de otros hoteles de superior categoría que tiene Melia.”

Zudem gibt es mind. 4 Rollstuhlfahrer-Parkplätze vor dem Hotel, was wirklich vorzuheben ist, welche auch vom Hotel geprüft werden. Hat mir enorm geholfen. Das Essen und die die tolle Weinkarte rundeten unseren Aufenthalt positiv ab.”

“Estuvimos del 2 al 4 de septiembre, trato inmejorable de todo el equipo, y sobretodo Sergio de calidad, Pablo y Federico de comedor. Pendientes en todo momento que nuestra estancia fuera espectacular, mil gracias a todos y volveremos seguro.”

“La réceptionniste du soir et de la nuit n’était pas du tout souriante. En revanche, le matin du 01/09/2025, tout s’est très bien passé. J’ai dû faire une réclamation car, sur le site internet, la photo de la chambre premium avec vue sur mer montrait un balcon en verre. Or, la chambre qui m’a été attribuée avait un balcon en béton. Depuis le lit, la vue est beaucoup moins agréable. Je suis donc allé à la réception pour demander un changement. La personne à l’accueil s’est montrée très agacée, sans sourire, et m’a fait clairement comprendre que je la dérangeais. Elle m’a dit : « Vous avez bien la chambre que vous avez réservée ! » Je lui ai montré les photos du site internet en expliquant que je suis un client fidèle des hôtels du groupe Meliá… mais cela ne l’a pas intéressée. Elle a fini par appeler son responsable, toujours sans amabilité, et a accepté de me changer de chambre. Il était alors 21h30, et comme je voulais aller dîner avant de faire le transfert, j’ai demandé si cela était possible. Mais on m’a répondu que le changement devait se faire immédiatement. Autant dire que cette expérience a gâché la tranquillité de mon séjour. Hormis cet incident et l’attitude de cette personne à l’accueil, l’hôtel reste très agréable, fidèle à la qualité des établissements Meliá. L’emplacement est exceptionnel : on peut admirer le lever du soleil et profiter d’une vue époustouflante sur la mer. Le petit déjeuner est correct, mais pas tout à fait à la hauteur d’un 4 *. J’ai déjà eu un buffet équivalent, voire meilleur, dans un hôtel de gamme inférieure. En revanche, le restaurant, quasiment au bord de l’eau, est un vrai atout et rend l’expérience magique. En résumé, je recommande cet hôtel pour son cadre unique et sa situation idéale. Mais soyez vigilants lors de la réservation : vérifiez bien le type de chambre et de balcon qui vous est attribué. À savoir : au niveau 5, toutes les chambres disposent d’un balcon en béton, sans paroi vitrée.”

“I stayed at Meliá Ibiza in August for a solo trip and had a wonderful experience. The adults-only atmosphere made it feel calm and relaxing, even at the height of summer. The hotel is beautifully designed with bright, modern interiors and plenty of peaceful spaces to unwind. Breakfast was generous with a wide variety of fresh, high-quality options, and I found the staff consistently friendly, attentive, and professional. My room was spacious and comfortable, with everything I needed for a solo stay. However, I needed to call the reception to remind them to leave a bottle of water for the kettle and ask for new clean coffee cups. The location is excellent too — close enough to explore Santa Eulalia and nearby beaches, but still quiet enough to feel like a retreat. Overall, Meliá Ibiza delivered on style, comfort and friendly staff. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a relaxing adult-only stay on the island.”
