Reviews of Meliá Granada

Stepping out of the taxi, we were warmly greeted by a friendly and helpful elderly bellhop. Shortly after, we were offered a room on the highest floor overlooking the street. The room, though modest in size, was clean and equipped with all the essential amenities. We were especially pleased to find a coffee pod machine, which brewed aromatic, high-quality coffee. I must highlight the poor housekeeping service which was properly non-existent. We requested twice over a span of a few hours requesting for toothbrush and facial cotton, only to be delivered after I went to the front desk to personally asked for them. The other drawback was the centralized air conditioning, which only dispensed warm air at the time. To cool the room, we had to open the window. Despite these, we loved the convenient location. With plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby, and a Carrefour Express right next door, grocery shopping became incredibly easy.

De todo lo que te cuentan del hotel solo hay dos verdades: que está en el centro de la ciudad y que tiene un hall bonito y espacioso. Lo demás, la manifestación más evidente de lo que fue (en esplendor) y ya no es (en decadencia). Habitaciones muy pequeñas con mobiliario del siglo pasado. Parking público externo de difícil acceso y masificado. Desayuno muy distante a otro de esa misma cadena. En cuanto al personal, muy escaso y saturado de trabajo, que en esas circunstancias, bastante tiene con atender al personal como puede y le dejamos.

Hotel maravilloso, tranquilo muy bonito y un trato inmejorable. Quiero destacar a dos señoritas de recepción de la terraza superior y felicitarlas por su gran trabajo, su sonrisa y gran amabilidad. Hacen que uno se sienta bienvenido y como en casa. Las personas de recepción de la planta baja también encantadores. Vinimos a realizar un evento de Bolsa y sin duda regresaremos de nuevo. Is very close to cafeterias, and all different attractions but most of all the kindness of Joaquin in the reception and Andrea at the cafeteria of the 6 th floor. I really enjoyed a great time

Habitaciones modernas. Baño comodo, con todo lo necesario, pero sin bidet. Muy buena atención. Ubicación excelente!!!
