Went here 20th November tothe 30th had a loveley holiday cudnt complain about any thing all staff were brilliant food was loveley fresh at every meal.one of the best hotels iv stopped in defo going back here room was great but of liked a higher floor for a better view nothing was any trouble for the staff thank you for a loveley stay

This is a superb hotel, bright, clean, and airy. The staff are all exceptionally friendly and helpful. We were checked in by Ana on reception, who is so lovely, bubbly, and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily, and towels were refreshed daily, too. The lifts were all fabulous and clean, also. The bar staff were all absolutely exceptional; with Raul and Dani, their work ethics are truly superb 👏 They were constantly upbeat and smiling, nothing was too much trouble for them, such a pleasure to be served by them. The pools are set in beautifully kept grounds and surrounded by well maintained gardens. Miriam, the entertainment manager, was so much fun and kept us all thoroughly entertained throughout the week, along with the fabulous Diego! Both were really great fun. We loved the food! There was something for everyone, and it was always piping hot and delicious. We loved it so much, we're going again! We would highly recommend this hotel, 5 minutes from the beautiful beach and 2 minutes walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and indoor market. 💯🫶

Right in the middle of benidorm , staff were super nice and accommodating , food was a solid 7/10

Pasamos nuestras vacaciones de verano, toda la familia. En general le daríamos un 8. Hay cosas que mejorar pero sus fantásticos empleados hacen que todas esas "cositas" pasen desapercibidas. El servicio de restauración de la zona de "arriba" no recuerdo si eran Ocas o Pelícanos, son extraordinarios, tanto el Jefe de sala (Javier?)como su cocinera de plancha (estupenda)!! como las chicas de la recepción. En general todos. No hay momento del día que no tengas animación, y además es que son la caña. A destacar el compañero con más energía de toda la costa de Benidorm (no recuerdo su nombre, pero el más mayor jeje) Tuvimos algún inconveniente con la bañera, ya que se nos cayeron absolutamente todos los azulejos de la ducha.... nos cambiaron rápidamente de habitación. Gracias. Son tantas las personas que están que es imposible destacar a todos de manera individual. Aportación, a mejorar sin dudarlo....el snack bar, o el servicio de restaurante de la zona piscina, al menos lo del todo incluido. La verdad que estaba excesivamente descuidado y ese personal en concreto no estaba muy por la labor de mantenerlo en orden. Melocotones con moho, chocolate por todos lados, agua del deshielo de neveras, poca actitud en plancha... A pesar de ese detalle, repetimos seguro!!
