“The staff make this experience incredible. They are so happy, welcoming and accommodating. The premium all inclusive was definitely worth the price. The room was large, clean and the beach view was stunning. It was a real treat having our morning coffee overlooking the pool and the sea. The food was delicious and we especially loved the swim up bar. The only regret we have is that we didnt book longer! Don't hesitate to book at the Sol Benoa. We'll definitely be back!”

“My wife and I stayed here 20/1-24/1 and the customer service was amazing. Sadly my wife was ill for 2 of the days and the staff were incredible. They provided medical support, food and drink to help her back to full health, and constantly asked on her progress as I walked around the hotel. The hotel is fantastic with great food, and they provided the option of upgrading to all inclusive on a daily basis, which was very useful if you opted to dine in for lunch and dinner. I would thoroughly recommend this hotel to anyone thinking of staying.”

“Exceptional in every way - My stay at SOL by Meliá Benoa, Bali, Indonesia. Since my return home to the UK one week ago, from a four week stay at my favourite hotel in Bali, Indonesia, I have had time to reflect on what was yet again, the most wonderful and memorable experience. My late wife and I travelled to Bali from our home in Kent, England, on four occasions, and each visit was for a three-week holiday staying at the lovely hotel “SOL by Meliá Benoa Bali” All inclusive! This particular hotel was our most favourite destination. I would highly recommend this five-star hotel to anyone thinking of visiting Bali, which is also great for people with young families. Nestled in tranquil beautiful tropical gardens and golden sandy beach areas, the hotel grounds are greatly admired and celebrated for its serene surroundings. The ambiance is fantastic with a great relaxing atmosphere. The hotel rooms are comfortable and relaxing with balcony, and are highly praised for their spaciousness and cleanliness with impeccable standards, also with typically traditional Balinese décor, and there are exceptional amenities within the complex for all to enjoy! All staff with their beautiful smiling faces work tirelessly every day to cater for your needs, they just couldn’t do enough for you! Every member of staff one came into contact with, would greet you with enthusiasm, and when you engaged with them, they would be extremely friendly, welcoming, empathetic, and professional. At each meal, the food is brilliant!! with plenty of choice for all, and with daily themes, enjoying a buffet style selection of many dishes. The hotel boasts three restaurants, one of which is a fabulous Italian restaurant, offering a variety of tasty Italian cuisine, served with elegant presentation. Fundamentally, I would like to pay tribute to all staff members, with a special mention to Ratna Dewi, GEX Manager for the hotel. Ratna very kindly allowed and arranged with her team, for me to have a wooden plaque displayed beside a beautiful Jepun tree, to commemorate the passing of my lovely wife, a truly memorable experience. 🙏 I am very much looking forward to returning to this lovely hotel during May 2025.”

“Firstly, I have to mention this hotels best feature is the staff , the whole team from the reception through to service and cleaning teams are friendly and accommodating. Surrounding the hotel is spotless and well maintained and has everything you need. The spa and gym are excellent. Food and drink are also good. Would definitely recommend a massage while staying here. We had a great stay. Thank you for making our stay in Bali fantastic ❤️.”

“Absolutely fantastic hotel, stayed for 7 nights all inclusive. The staff are all amazing, 8/10 speak great English and you can have a joke around, everybody else is still just as friendly. The room is pristine and the shower is HUGE (SOL junior suite), pool is beautiful and lounge chairs are mostly shaded so perfect for an all day - pool day. There’s not a whole lot to walk to outside of the hotel; however there is an M Mart and massage spot across the street and a small supermarket, Circle K and restaurants a short walk away. I’d definitely stay here again.”

“We had an AMAZING time at this resort! We stayed with the all inclusive package and everything was great! Food, drinks and service! Plenty of options of everything and the staff is so friendly. We had our 3 months daughter with us and the staff did everything to help us. The beach was awesome with plenty beach beds and the ocean was warm and shallow. We cant wait to come back!”

“We arrived in Bali and woke up to rain, well it is the rainy season! The weather improved during the two days and we had some lovely sunny days. Once we got our bearings, we ventured out and about visiting a temple, the glass bridge and coffee plantation. We visited a few shopping centers including Seminkak square and Krishna shopping Centre where there is everything local under one roof including tee shirts and local crafts all very inexpensive. Taxis and bikes are in abundance and also very cheap. The hotel provides everything you could need, they don’t skimp on extras and the all inclusive package is great including a great a la carte service daily. The staff couldn’t be more helpful. All in all a wonderful place to visit but there is so much more to explore. We would love to come back in sunnier months.”
