He tried to do his best to give us a good service. The staff is the best of the hotel.”

Hotel davvero bello, moderno, pulito e con ogni necessità, situato in una posizione molto comoda per usufruire dei mezzi di trasporto e raggiungere il centro città, ottima colazione dotata di prodotti di ogni genere. Il punto di forza però lo fa sicuramente lo staff, sono stati tutti super gentili e super disponibili, permettendoci anche di lasciare loro le valigie per girare liberi l'ultimo giorno della nostra mini vacanza. Wirklich schönes Hotel, modern, sauber und mit allen Bedürfnissen ausgestattet, in einer sehr günstigen Lage gelegen, um die öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel zu nutzen und das Stadtzentrum zu erreichen, ausgezeichnetes goldenes Frühstück mit allen möglichen Produkten. Die Stärke ist jedoch sicherlich das Personal. Sie waren alle super nett und super hilfsbereit und erlaubten uns sogar, unsere Koffer am letzten Tag unseres Kurzurlaubs bei ihnen zu lassen und frei herumzulaufen. Super empfehlenswert!! “Ich verstehe die ganzen negativen Bewertungen tatsächlich nicht. Klar, die Zimmer sind nicht das, was man sich von einem 4-Sterne Hotel erhofft, aber für den Preis pro Nacht ist das mehr als in Ordnung. Der Fernseher ist recht groß, die Betten auch sehr bequem, der Rest absolut passabel. Die Mitarbeiter sind aber alle super freundlich und absolut hilfsbereit. Das Essen ist auch mit sehr viel Liebe immer zubereitet gewesen und es kam nie Langeweile auf. Das Frühstück ist zudem auch sehr gut. Ich würde wieder dort einchecken.”

The restaurant is very well managed and the food is excellent with a continuous supervision by the F&B manager there who showed high level of professionalism. “Nos alojamos en el Hotel Frankfurt Messe y quedamos muy satisfechos. Las habitaciones son amplias y limpias, con camas muy cómodas y muy silencioso por la noche. El baño también es bastante grande y cómodo. Destaco especialmente el desayuno, que es completo y delicioso, con una gran variedad de opciones. Además, la ubicación es buena, con paradas de tranvía cerca para moverse por la ciudad. El personal fue muy amable y atento durante toda nuestra estancia. Recomiendo este hotel sin dudarlo.”
