“Angefangen mit dem Check-in , über das Housekeeping, die Bar , bis hin zum Frühstücksraum und Restaurant , ein sehr freundliches aufmerksames Personal und eine einladende Atmosphäre . “⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt im INNSiDE by Meliá Berlin Mitte. Das Hotel ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und wir haben uns von Anfang an wohlgefühlt. Der Check-in war schnell, freundlich und völlig unkompliziert. Besonders hervorheben möchten wir das wirklich sehr nette und aufmerksame Personal. Man fühlt sich hier als Gast willkommen. Auch das Frühstück hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Eine gute Auswahl, alles frisch und ein schöner Start in den Tag. Für uns ein tolles Hotel in Berlin, das wir jederzeit wieder buchen würden. “I have been coming to this hotel since early 2023, and my first stay here made me a repeat customer for the past 3 years. Between then and now I had 4 stays at this hotel, and every single time the service has been exceptional. The staff is very friendly and helpful, you can ask them just about anything and they'll happily make your stay better. The rooms have always been clean as they should be, the mini fridge (if something has been taken out) is always refilled by the time you return at the end of the day and cleaning is always done at reasonable times. In my 4 stays I have not tried the food from the restaurant, though I have spoken to many guests outside the hotel in times previous and they say the food is generally good. Outside the hotel you have a nice little area you can sit and just drink a coffee, chat, sit covered in case it rains or the sun is out bright and/or just look out at the end of the day and witness Berlin's life coming by. The hotel is situated in a very good position. Just a mere 1-2 minute walk from the U6 and a 3-5 minute walk to the nearest Tram and S-Bahn which will take you to not just take you to some of the most famous sights in Berlin directly. It also is just a few stops from station Stadtmitte where you could get on the U2 Around the hotel is also plenty to eat and drink if you don't feel like dining in the hotel. Right across the street is a restaurant, and in the street itself are various restaurants, and even a dm and Edeka. The hotel itself also has plenty to do in case you have an evening of relaxation or you just wish to take it easy. They have various games in the lobby, and you even have a table football table, and a pool table. I have enjoyed every stay in this hotel since the first one and will continue to go here whenever I'm in Berlin”
