Como sempre, venho ler os comentários dos hotéis, e este não foi exceção.
Vi tantos comentários maus, que estava com algum receio sobre o Hotel.
Posso dizer que desde o primeiro dia, fomos super bem tratados, sempre com um sorriso e prontos para ajudar!
Os nossos quartos forma limpos TODOS os dias!
As toalhas eram trocadas a cada 2 dias.
Em relação ao BUFFET, não foi o melhor que já comi, mas também não posso dizer que é mau.
As bebidas dos bares até são melhores do que em Resorts na Europa.
O Hotel é muito grande, e para conhecer todos os pontos do mesmo, temos que fazer umas boas caminhadas!
Mas se pretendermos, podemos pedir na recepção, que nos disponibiliza um Buggy (conduzido por um funcionário) para nos levar até à praia, ou a outro local do Hotel.
Existe um mini parque aquático, um parque infantil, e diversas piscinas por todo o hotel, assim como bares.
Para o reforço da manhã ou da tarde, temos que nos dirigir ao Restaurante Aqua (que fica perto da praia)
Temos ainda 5 restaurantes com comida a La carte, que podemos reservar (podem pedir o link via e-mail ao hotel) para agendarem antes de chegarem, pois podem não conseguir reserva enquanto estão hospedados.
Existe também um autocarro grátis que leva os hospedes até Santa Maria, e para regressar até ao hotel também.

“Foi incrível e incansável o envolvimento com o staff do hotel, não tenho nenhuma crítica negativa daquilo que vi e vivi na semana que lá passei. Comida 5* limpeza * quer no hotel quer no quarto, piscina tratadas com cuidados todos os dias de manhã. Perguntavam várias vezes se estava a correr bem, muito dinâmicos e divertidos a comunicar e passar algum tempo com os turistas.
O restaurante bufete tinha muita variedade de comida, podendo estar a semana toda a comer sempre diferente sem necessidade de repetir pratos. Trocavam constantemente de louça para não usar o mesmo prato em comidas diferentes, sempre prontos para pedidos especiais para crianças ou restrições alimentares.
A praia era muito boas calma e água sempre quente
As atividades do hotel sempre dinâmicas e divertias mostrando o verdadeiro espírito do cabo verdiano.
Os restaurantes por marcação, apesar de pouca variedade, tinha qualidade digna de um restaurante gourmet.”

“This Hotel is great, staff is friendly, food is fantastic always very varied and plenty of space for everyone, the venue itself is very pretty and well kept, the rooms are wonderful, spacious, clean and well maintained, they have plenty of activities, pools are clean and beautiful, the beach is lovely, by taxi is just 5 minutes to santa maria however they offer free bus service, I really enjoyed my time here so far and I do 100% recommend this resort.”

“I’ll start with the positives; all of the staff were polite and friendly and nothing was too much for them. The hotel was clean and well maintained as were the gardens and pool areas. Fabulous choice of pools and plenty of sunbeds for everyone. Each pool had a bar and the choice of all inclusive drinks was amazing. The bar staff regularly collected the empty glasses and everywhere was kept very clean and tidy. Shout out to zenito the bar man !! He makes the most amazing mojito, bob marley and love on the beach cocktails!!🍹
Food was good. Lots of choice. I’ve never been all inclusive before and I was not disappointed- they make fresh omelettes for you while you wait and they were delicious! We tried a couple of the on site restaurants which was also great food especially at the aqua!! To avoid disappointment book a few weeks before you go because they do get booked up! Evening entertainment was amazing, everyone was so talented. Definitely worth a watch and a listen to all of the singers!!

Negatives; firstly the cats! While most of them are docile there are a few vicious ones and my friend had to receive medical assistance after one bit and scratched her. There are NO signs warning you to be careful, something I feel needs addressing.
Secondly, we had a family room which is basically a double bed and a pull out sofa. There was no extra bedding and when you pulled the sofa out it was filthy! But I will add that when we asked for extra bedding it was bought to our room straight away. And finally the white party. Great idea but perhaps somewhere with more space? So everyone can dance and also to last longer than a hour and 10 minutes?? But otherwise I absolutely loved it and the free entry into bikini beach was an awesome bonus!!!
All in all, we had a fabulous holiday. I can’t fault the staff or hotel. I will definitely be returning and I would definitely recommend Melissa dunas to anyone thinking of visiting Sal.”
