“This hotel its ok. Love the location, you able to get into any bus or sub right on the same street. The staff is super friendly. The view from our room was nice. The rooftop ambiance was also great. However it needs a little more update on some details such as, the finishes and cleanliness of the rooms. Other than that is a really good spot.”

“Overall I would not rate my experience as wonderful but there was one employee who was very lovely and tried her best to make up for the rudeness of the other members. First off when arriving I was greeted by a porter who was exceptional - I did arrive early so I wasn’t expecting my room to be ready but wanted to store my bags. I returned to the hotel around 1230 to see if the room was ready early and it was not so I decided to try the roof bar Radio. I got there the staff liked at me, ignored me so I assume it was seat yourself. I noticed no one was coming to the table so I asked the bartender and he said you need to wait at reception. So I went back stood there like an idiot and continued to get ignored. Eventually someone came to my table I went down close to 3 to check on my room and everyone was getting keys. The lady told me she needed to check on my room - I waited and saw her walk by me multiple times, she grabbed bags out the storage room for people, peeked outside for what seemed to be a incoming VIP. Eventually I asked another lady what was going on as I’ve been told to wait and not being helped. The lady who was the only friendly person I encounter that day got my key, walked me to my room and was so kind. The room was not at all what I would expect for the price and there was a used shower cap in my bathroom. The only thing I liked about this hotel was the dark, moody decoration.”

“Buen hotel Nuevo , con mucho diseño, Habitaciones confortables, limpias No me gustó que te quieran cobrar un 5% “opcional “ en concepto de propina , que no quieren quitar, 3 veces me costó decirlo que no quería pagarlo Por lo demás es muy buen hotel”
